One of my pizzas had a smashed box to the point it would not close. The driver also forgot my drink, and asked "Do you want me to go back for it?". OF COURSE I DO!! I paid for it already and I expect to receive the items I paid for. Unfortunately this if not the worst experience I've had with this Dominoes, it will be my last experience for quite a while.
We called in an order for pick up. When we arrived, we were told our pizza was made incorrectly. We were given the mistake pizza, free of charge. The correct pizza was made quickly. It was brought to us. Both were amazingly delicious! I'm not a fan of pizza crust but even the crust was tasty. We ordered extra sauce. I'm convinced that made the difference in the outer crust flavor.
The toppings were only piled in the middle, wrong sauces, and I am so perplexed on how you cut a pizza into an odd number of pieces.Called back and got hung up on.Called back again with their offer to remake the order....When the first one was so bad and the response back was terrible, I'm not sure what I would have to gain.$45 in the trash... Never again.Forgot to add that I got Sweet icing with my chicken wings....wth...
Literally ordered $75 worth of pizza and wings didn’t receive all of our order they forgot to put cheese on our pizza like bread meat and sauce I contacted the manager and was told they would make it right and since we ordered on the app they already had all the information they would need... two weeks later I go try to get my replacement and a new manager now informs me that the meal was to expensive to just replace without them making a note! Well I did my part exactly the way the manager told me and they didn’t do theirs..we won’t be back!

I really like our domino's here in pb. I love when it says Heather is making my food or William. They make my food so good sometimes I wanna place a 2nd order. It is always right and not one of each topping on each slice of the pizza like the others.
i dont know whats going on. But i do know that a supreme isnt suppose to have noodles and or pineapple. when the order was first gotten they turned my wife around 3 times then my daughter had to go get it. was suppose to have a 10 % discount that was NOT received. Now after they told us an hour. its gonna be another 10 mins on our order. This is by far the worst service weve ever had there. Employees standing atound but pizzas arent being taken care of.
I usually do a lot of business with them but there was one night i tried so many different ways to just try and get some one to answer the phones. I know i tried at least 3 hours. Big disappointment i have not order from there any more. I did a lot of business from them.
Can't set down and have a meal it is place your order and 2 chairs to sit in and wait for your pizza the pizza tasted good
I told them I had to get my card and would call right back!! they been ignoring the phone for 20 minutes! it is 10pm but they don't close until 12 am so I don't know what the problem could be
