Waited in drive thru over 10 minutes this morning after ordering my food. There were 4 vehicles in front of me and two vehicles in the customer parking lot. When I finally arrived at the pay window and asked why things were so slow the cashier stated they were overwhelmed and couldn't keep up with the orders..... I looked behind her and the workers I saw were just standing around and one was walking around in the parking lot vaping. AND my order was wrong. I wont be back. Poor service. Bad management
A huge fan of the taste of food always have been and you simply cannot be what you get for the prices I mean you guys tear McDonald's up
Such a terrible experience. Ordered three double whopper meals the same and of course one is a regular whopper. Not gonna pay four extra dollars for another patty and not receive it. So I called and my options were drive 15 minutes back to town or they could get my name and address to send the same coupons in the mail that I already get. So my food was cold by the time I got home. Oh and by the way the “manager” rudely hung up so I had to call again. Terrible service and this reminded me why I don’t go to Burger King anymore.
I use to go to BK all of the time. I stopped because they kept making things wrong and or not putting them in the bag and nothing is ever fresh. I go every so often to see if they have gotten better and they have not. Oh and I love having to be pulled to get cold food, made wrong or missing food. Most of the time all 3.
Fine. Bought it for a homeless man,I'm sure he really enjoyed it. He seemed to.when I asked what he wanted, he pointed at your sign. I'd say that was a very good sing.
The service was a little slow, but the food was good. The staff seemed stressed, but that has almost become a norm in the industry. They were friendly though.
Had a hair in our not so great food. The ppl doing the sodas were very unorganized.
Sat in line over 25 minutes for a Whopper meal. Ordered it with extra cheese, and a large Dr Pepper. Got my meal, it had no cheese on it, and my drink was a large Coke.
Fast food. Fries suck. Cheddar jalapeño bites are pretty good. Spicy chicken sammich was aight.
Service good food good, the tables and floor were dirty, this was 12-8-21. In times like these more attention should be paid to cleaning
