Waitress was polite. Did not get her name. The wait that was supposed to be a 15 minute wait turned into a 30 minute wait. We got to the restaurant at about 12:30 and did not leave til about 2:25. We waited an additional about 30 to 40 minutes for our food. The food was okay. The hostess kept disappearing to the bathroom on her phone (which I personally witnessed) and people who was coming in was standing and waiting for a good minute. Out of all the Applebee's restaurants I've been to this was by far the worst one yet. And tables were sticky. While we was waiting there were so many open tables but yet we had a ridiculous wait time. We debated on Applebee's or Arby's and we should have just want to Arbys..... if you go to this restaurant, I hope you have better luck than we did.

Has vegan burger & it was delicious. Most of us vegans (or those with restrictions) know how to adjust meals to create our own that works. It's helpful the staff is overly accommodating & not judgy (at least in front of us). Many won't even go out to eat because it's too difficult for both sides. Way to go Applebee's! Way to be welcoming! Thank you!

This place continues to go down hill. This will be our last time giving them another opportunity. We online ordered, showed up and they never came out, we called 4 times and they wouldn't answer. Called back to place an order and they answered it immediately. Finally they bring the food out and we get ready to leave and they don't have the complete order. Have to go in personally and get the rest of the order only to have it have hair on it! That was all on a 25% tip for an online order. We're out.

I have been only twice to an Applebee's, but my experience each time was great. The food was good and affordable, and the personnel so attentive. The decor was nice too. I really liked the corner booth we sat at. It definitely is a great place for a family or friendly dinner.

You know when you hesitate to go somewhere and you probably should have went to the other place. That's how it went tonight customer service was okay polite but very slow played waited a lot for menus drinks and check. The food came out pretty quick though it was good and enjoyed it it was probably the better part the dessert tasted that is great. Also when you add loaded potatoes that cost you $2 more just a note. So if you get that feeling about going somewhere else go there first. Overall not too bad but not the best

We had an Applebee's gift card so we decided to enjoy. Had to wait 10 minutes to be seated even though there were plenty of empty tables. The bus boy was taking names and writing them down with a crayon. Our table wobbled so much we had to move. I ordered shrimp parmesan steak. When it arrived the waitress asked if it was cooked right and then left before I could cut it to see. It was under cooked. The order had 5 of the smallest shrimp I have seen and the steak was not an 8 ounce cut. Maybe a 6 ounce or less. Also it was so tough I couldn't cut it. I left 1/3 of it on the plate. It was not worth the $20.99.My wife had the 4 cheese mac and cheese with chicken fingers. The chicken was over cooked and the bread stick was hard.We were asked if we wanted a refill when we were done eating and the waitress brought the bill.Our bill was $41 but the food wasn't worth $10.This is the 3rd strike for this Applebee's. We will not be back and we will share our experiences with everyone we know. They don't need to go through what we did.

Went there last night on February 7th 2022 at 5:30 p.m. six items ordered for adult and two children. Three of the six orders were done wrong and one of the other orders that was brought to us properly was way overcooked. Our drinks that were not alcoholic went empty a couple times each and had to find another waitress to fill them because ours was never around. And then after sitting there for 15 minutes after everybody was done with their meals or what they could be done with we finally got a check. Do not recommend eating here again because of the poor customer service and below grade food.

I just spent 101.67 for a carry out offer of 5 4 cheese Mac n cheese with honey peper chicken tenders. The tenders was good but the pasta was SUPER PLAIN. Absolutely 0 cheese was on my max n cheese. I am highly upset. I'll not be ordering from them again

Placed an online order for fish and chips while I was at work. Waited until the estimated time and left to go get it. When I arrived to pick up my food the waitress rudely proceeds to yell across the restaurant that they don't have that and haven't for months. Leaving me standing in the front of the restaurant while she walks off to hide in the kitchen. Mentioning that they tried to call my cellphone which by the way was a lie. I had no missed calls or texts from this store.so after her display and standing for another 10 minutes a scruffy looking man comes out and acts like I should just order something else when I say no just cancel my order at this point I don't have enough time to make it back to work the guy brings my card and two receipts back saying "I took it off your card now I have to go back in the back and remove it from my system cuz it says you still owe that money on my end".like giving me a refund for food they don't have is my fault is the tone and demeanor of this guy. I was a first time customer and I will never go back.

We arrived to Applebees Poplar Bluff, MO location around 3:30pm on Sunday, January 23 2021We were a party of 3 adults and 1 baby. We stood in the waiting/host area for about 10 minutes without anyone speaking to us. As we stood waiting in the area, we could see 2 employees sitting at a table near the bar. One employee was eating and drinking. The other employee was playing on her phone. After the 10 plus minutes wait a third employee came out and served food to a table. After serving the food to a table, the third employee proceeded to go sit at the table with the other two employees to visit for a bit before walking to the waiting area were we were.We were getting ready to walk out by this point, when the third employee walked up to the waiting area. As we started to walk out, the employee asked how many. We said we were leaving after waiting so long. Before we could say anything else she rudely said okay and turned around and walked off. At the time of our visit, there were only 3 tables with customers.This isn’t the first time we have experienced this problem at this location. We have continually had problems each time we try to dine here. We are so disappointed with this location. I would rate it 0 stars if I could.
