Clean inside. This as my second visit. First visit was cheeseburger/fries and bathroom dirty. I brought that too the attention if someone behind the register on that visit.This visit was pizza. I would not recommend the pizza. Barely cooked (fired oven) the crust didn't seem completely fired as the bottom was limp and not as it should be. 2 other places are surpurb in their cooking and I will go to the competitors for pizza. I love fire brick pizza but this as not the place.I ordered italian sausage and peppers. It seemed like it was added at at end of cooking process (onions and peppers) and not when its was in the oven. Bit too fresh and not cooked for my taste.Employee was attentive and she kept asking if all ok if I needed anything. She's a hard worker and appreciated her service.The burgers and fries were over priced. The ice cream is overpriced and the pizza is close to bring over priced. I tried it out but I won't return. Economy is rough. Customers watching their $ so I forsee alot of places will not have the customer base they once had if their prices keep rising.
Tasty woodfired pizza with a great selection of toppings and different pizza types!Tables were clean, the staff friendly and the prices competitive.
Food was quick and good but the bathrooms were very dirty and the seats were filthy! I enjoy the concept of having more than one restaurant under one roof but I think they need to work harder to keep it clean.
We love Woodgrain! Best Gluten free pizza around and our kids LOVE getting to make their own pizzas! I also want to give a shout out to Annie at the O'Fallon location! She is amazing, so attentive esp to our young kids, she came back and checked on us multiple times. She's extremely cheerful and helpful and made the experience excellent! The kids said "she's the BEST" and we agree!
They do have vegan cheese which I appreciate! Overall the pizza was not my favourite though. Dough was very chewy
When they started 2 yrs ago.That was the best pizza for me in Ofallon.I had the worst pizza ever when I got a Marghareta pizza,the sause is not cooked but crust is burnt.Ingredients were also bland.
Woodgrain pizza is in the same building as a burger place and Oberwiss. You even order at the same counter for all three. I got a burger and fries and my husband and daughter each got a pizza. It was all delicious! The fries were excellent and not greasy at all!

The pizza is tasty but attention to detail is lacking. This is the 3rd time our arugula pizza was delivered without arugula. Gave a pass the first two times. When we called the store this time to tell them this, the suggestion from the employee was that we should call them before the delivery time to remind them to send the arugula with the arugula pizza. What??
I have only had the burgers here. They are delicious and the fries are great too.
