Miguel, the general manager, told me that he's not going to allow customers to tell him how long to cook the wings. Argued with me that he refused to sell burnt wings. Tells me that wings go in for 13-15 minutes. 5 minutes more for well, and extra well is 5 more. That's 25 minutes. Miguel is so silly! I asked for my wings to be in for 25 minutes! Extra well! I'm not sure what the problem was. He didn't seem to have the ability to acknowledge, and apologize for, a mistake. He was not happy that I wanted my wings the way that I actually like them. His lack of understanding has me thinking that I will never enjoy the delicious Louisiana rub again. He told me that he's giving my number to the regional manager, and that the regional manager will call me. I really hope he does. I don't think he'd like the way Miguel handled my situation. You've ruined my lunch and your store. Thanks alot Miguel.

Went in tonight with 3 kids to dine in. It was really busy with door dash/Uber eats orders mostly. The workers stayed consistent and looked very rushed. (They had TONS of orders out the door). The food was good. The wait was a bit long but considering how busy they were, it was justified 100%. The service was overall an 8/10.

Very slow. Im not sure if they drop wings to order but man oh man. Even if you order ahead you wait a good 10 or 15 mins during dinner.

Used to be top of the line. Tonight picked up the order, 7 or so folks working there so not short staffed. Friendly enough but got home to find soggy cold fries and a missing 10 piece of wings. Wings at the store being $4.99 a pound is bad enough but at least I can be sure it's done right at home. Excuses are getting very tiresome. When are we going to get back to work?

Had issues with our delivery order tonight. Ordered through the website not really realizing that they have doordash as their delivery drivers. I did not receive any of the chicken we ordered. Called and spoke to the manager Chris W. and he made everything right. Just had to go pick it up. Food was hot and made fresh. Very helpful and will definitely give them another chance.

Understaffed, and I'm hoping they hire on some more people. I have always had one problem, regardless of the staffing situation, though: 9/10 times, they forget the extra ranch I pay for. I just want my $4.50 back, man. #remembertheranch

I ordered my food online at 4:45 p.m. it said that my order would be ready to pick up at 5:35 pm. It was New Year's Eve when I placed my order and went to get my food. When I went to go into the building there was a line out the door of people picking up already placed orders that said that they were ready for pickup. I didn't end up getting my food until 7:45 3 hours after I got there. After a three-hour wait I was extremely disappointed with the lemon pepper wings. I'm sorry to say it but they were disgusting and nobody ate them. The other Wings we got were all right.... nothing to brag about. I feel I not only wasted 3 hours of my time but also $56 and some change. I would highly recommend not going here especially on days that they may have more orders than normal.

Ordered carry out and knew that driving the food home would sacrifice some quality because it wouldn't be fresh however, I did not expect it to be this bad. We tried 3 different flavors, hot, mild and BBQ AND the fries. Everything tasted like an old ladies house smells. It was awful. We gave it more than one bite to see if maybe we were crazy but it was horrid.

Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! they leave their phones off the hook constantly as to not take orders. Your choices are order online or go in person. I went once in person and waited forever for food so I figured I would try ordering online this time. Food was quoted 28-33 minutes. My husband arrives at the 30 minute mark, still not done. It took an ADDITIONAL 30 minutes to receive. 1 hour wait for food! That is insanity. Twice the amount of time quoted. Then they didn't even give him our Sodas! If you want to be robbed of time and money I guess go here. If not, choose a different location.

I've been coming to this location for years and they are positively consistent in terms of food quality. Staffing can be hit or miss, but overall I give this place a thumbs up. There is a reason I've been coming for years.
