Driven past this location for months and not realizing just what it was. I thought it was a tiny place between an Oberweiss and a pizza place. To our surprise it's a 3 in 1 location and you can order all at one register. Pleasantly surprised and the food was phenomenal. Free music jukebox was awesome. Super clean, very friendly. Not a single complaint. Prices are on the higher end, but each of our meals was cooked to perfection. That's priceless in my book. Definitely will go back. Especially when it cools down a bit because they have outdoor seating.
Tasty Angus beef burgers with decent fries.Have had thier regular burger and the "steak" burger. Liked the steak better, but both were good.The family liked coming here because they can pick, burgers, pizza or just ice cream for their meal!Love being able to get ice cream after eating my meal!
So, this is a good place to eat. But not a go out of my way place.1) Service- is ok nothing special but better than McDonalds2) Price- Definitely higher than McDonalds but the food is better and let’s be honest inflation has hit everyone3) Quality- Good Quality cooked right, tastes right and good portions.5) Cleanliness- not bad, but could use more attention.All in all if your in the area wanting a burger, it’s worth stopping for, the big pull (for me anyways) is that it’s connected to a oberweis so that is what gave it its 4th star. Nothing horrible to say about it, it’s just not that place that you drive the extra half hour or whatever to make your day.
Unfortunately this is my second bad experience here. This time around I asked if I could have ketchup or ranch. The young lady at the window stated there should be ketchup in the bag, but she could go get some ranch. The drive thru window hadn't even shut yet and another young lady mimicked the question and said why don't you just look in the bag. The bag was stapled shut so I opened it while she went to grab the ranch and no ketchup. Customer service is everything these days and you can still have fun at work while maintaining professionalism.
Currently in line and so excited to try. The staff on highway K is awesome !
My wife liked it (steakhouse burger) but I felt it (bacon and cheddar burger) was nothing special. Lettuce and pickles were of higher quality though. Prices are on the higher end. Atmosphere was comparable to other burger joints. It is nice to have burgers, individual pizzas and ice cream all together. Fries were thin but not crisp.
Burgers were good! Fry's are crispy and just right. Only issue was the bemch seats had lots of food in between them and over all felt "dirty". Also the men's bathroom walls were splased with "debris" in other words
I had the bacon and cheddar, my hubs had the Steakhouse, and they were both equally delicious. We definitely recommend the burgers and fries! Order came out quickly. We will be back!
My husband, I, and our kids have ordered from here a few times now and always enjoyed the food but this time my order was completely messed up and the inside dining area was less then normal dining standards. Every table was disgusting, not wiped down, seat horrible, and floor had good and trash everywhere. As someone who had worked in the service industry for over 11 years I can tell you this was unacceptable. They were not busy at all being that there were only a total of 3-4 tbls sat and no one in the drive through
Came to this restaurant for the first time tonight. and i have to say.....SPEECHLESS..from the service to the food..its TOP NOTCH!!! We were a greeted warmer and served with excellence and grace. my family drove blindly from 30 minutes away, looking for a new place to eat. WE WILL BE BACK!!! Avah, Annie, Erin and the team tonight were amazing!!!!
