We have lived in ofallon now for over 10 years and just discovered this gem! Another family restaurant down the street was closed, so we decided to try the tap house because we could get there on a golf cart. And let me tell you, it was a blessing that the other place was closed because we will be making more golf cart trips for dinner at the tap house. Food was amazing!!!
Went in for lunch and got the potsticker appetizer and French dip sandwich. Both were awesome and good value for the price. Our service was also excellent.
A fun place to spend an evening. Good food & reasonable prices. A large selection of craft beer.
Great place. Great food. Awesome staff. Todd, Shelly & April do an amazing job. Stopped in last night with my kids had a great dinner. Best burger I’ve had in yrs. Check it out.
If you are looking for a modern day cheers this is your place. We have always met new people had great conversations around the bar and the service is top notch. Delicious food in a relaxing welcoming environment. Must try Buffalo Chicken Nachos!
It's not fancy...it's a bar; but, don't judge a book simply by its cover. The burgers and fries were GREAT! The bartender/server was very friendly and exceptionally efficient! She gave us a nice greeting from behind the bar right when we walked in the door. Even with only a few staff working on a Saturday night, our food came out hot in a prompt manner and our drinks were refilled. Highly recommended the java burger! We will be back!
Food and drink have always been really solid here. This time I had a Tank 7 draft with a philly cheesesteak that had some great horsey sauce. Only thing I've ever disliked were the hours. 11pm is pretty early to close for a bar.
UPDATE: 12/08/21 - Have been here 1 other time since my original review and I clearly remember having a subpar experience/food that visit. Fried pickles were still amazing though.Visited last night with some friends and everyone's food was AMAZING. Fries were on point, crispy, and hot. I had the Frisco Melt and it was very good. Wife had the Tap House salad with chicken and it was HUGE and delicious. Friend had the ribeye and there was a giant pool of juice/butter on top and seasoned well.The only thing I'm upset about is they no longer have the fried pickles!! PLEASE BRING BACK THE FRIED PICKLES!!ORIGINAL REVIEW - Tasty little joint. Good selection of beer on tap. Great burgers. Fries are very good. Best fried pickles I've had in a long time. Try the Cola Flank Steak dinner for a mouth watering experience.
