Easily the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. They were wrapped around, so I understand them being a little stressed, but the guy taking our order was extremely unfriendly, sighing when we asked for a replacement for cheese when they were out of nacho cheese. He then charged us for the cheese that was replacing what they were out of. He told us at the speaker that they were out of nacho cheese and steak. Whatever, that's fine. When we get to the window, he tells us they're out of tomatoes so our tacos won't be supreme. However, we find tomatoes on our crunch wrap. Overall just an abysmal experience.
Idk where to even start. What is this? I order a power bowl, with everything except guacamole and lettuce. They have no shredded chicken “worker” made it a fact to tell me they haven't had that in a long time instead of a simple (no). I also received a kids size freeze, not asked a size but didn’t stay kids size drink. I never post but I can’t this time. Item in pic not touched, that’s how I received it.
Typically good… Best Taco Bell around the area (not saying much), but there is one thing that really irks me as a consumer… When there’s an hour or less left until close but these (lazy) workers just don’t feel like working anymore. It’s so sad… Happens all the time downtown but seems to be spreading more out here. Just work like you’re paid to do, it’s not that hard bro, you’re making tacos and burritos.PS: I can see you inside with headsets on, you aren’t fooling anyone. Smh.
Do not visit this taco bell! Their service is beyond horrible ! Their server did not wear gloves and blew his nose then grabbed taco shells with no glovees.. they had their drive thru lane open so many cars lined up. They let us sit there for 25 minutes and just closed with us all in line and no announcements . Their employees are extremely rude..they are condensing and extremely unprofessional. I know its fast food but they do NOT appreciate their customers at this location..they do not appreciate your business and most importantly they do not wear gloves..wash their hands and violate every health code that exists. If you want fast food in our COVID environment that is made by employees not wearing gloves and hacking all over ur food then this dump is for you. If you want quality employees that appreciate your business and your health then please GO ANYWHERE BUT THIS LOCATION! THEIR restaurant is nasty dirty and their night manager is rude and a sorry excuse for service. AVOID THIS PLACE! A GAS STATION HOT DOG BLOWS THIS LOCATION AWAY! I highly DO NOT recommend this location and have 20 other reviews about this location that are even worse. Visit the other ofallon locations or avoid taco bell all together. This place should be closed due to health violation codes and has been reported many times!
For years this was a terrible Taco Bell location, but something changed in the past year or so that has made this flip 180 and turned in better service. The lines are long, but they do a good job of providing good service. Sometimes you can tell they are rushing the food because some burritos are left lacking filling. But I have gone back to this location numerous times in the past year understanding the situation of a long line but still seeing the big improvements in service they have made. The workers are working and I am glad they are able to staff people to keep this business open.
Just came home with my order & they shorted me an item. I was in a drive thru line for over an hour (12/21/21 @ approx. 8:30 pm-9:38 pm). I know most places are short handed, but the lobby wasn’t even open. My order was for the Grilled Cheese Burrito combo (6.99) and 4 Chlli Cheese Burritos (they shorted me by one) and didn’t give me a receipt. This is the store at O’Fallon Pkwy, O’Fallon, MO 63368. Taco Bell is always pretty darn good. We got a box of 15 Taco Supremes crunchy. Good but they skipped a little on the sour cream I thought oh, but we added some more at home. I asked for a lot of hot sauce and didn't really get all that many. But it was pretty good oh, and we would go there again.
Food was well made, meaning cheese all across, sour cream throughout. Ingredients were not lopsided.. No mistakes when we changed some items to chicken instead of beef. Would definitely return to this specific location.
The young lady that handled our order was wonderful. Very sweet and apologetic for the wait time. This location has a line forever most days but everything has always been right and fresh. Be nice to the staff they are working hard!
Redone. Went there last night 650pm. 7 CARS IN DRIVE THRU. . no biggie. I did not order my small order of burrito n 2 quesadillas u til 735pm. Left after paying at 8pm. Despite covid...kinda ridiculous. This location cant get it together.
