This location is awesome! I ordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino with frap chips, and oh my gosh, it was AMAZING! The baristas were super friendly too! I'll definitely be back!

This location is newer. We went through the drive thu and it didn’t take long at all.
I ordered a cold brew with 2% milk and 1 packet of sugar. I'm diabetic and was at a good glucose level for 1 pack of sugar. However the barista decided to put sweetener syrup in my drink. If I had drank the whole thing I could have ended up in the ER.What made it worse the manager said next time ask for no sweetener syrup. The drink isn't even supposed to come with sweetener syrup.I suppose the staff at this location is a reflection of the labor shortage. They don't know what they are doing at all.
Stopped here while on a road trip with my son. I am a partner in Illinois and this location was amazing. The people were SO kind, mars took my order and was so friendly and knowledgeable, and I believe the other baristas name was Sam, was talking to my son and made us feel at home. Great job with creating the third place!
This location is usually pretty fast and accurate. The employees are always nice
