I used to frequent this location daily sometimes twice a day. However, they have gotten an entire new crew and there's very few employees that I even recognize anymore. It was much better when I could pull up and they knew what I drank and how to actually make it. I know change is inevitable but I guess I just don't deal well. I miss the old crew.
This is a fast one, guys :)ETA - Still one of the faster ones, but just come inside for your pickup orders. They are there waiting for you. (just be careful where you park so that the line doesn't block you in).
Drive thru line was long but went quick. Drinks and food were good. Staff was friendly, got us a pup cup for our dog.
Average Starbucks but it got that extra star for having charismatic workers like Tatam. Good place to study or read up on emails especially during the more chilly months of the year. I tried the seasonal pistachio frappuccino -- I have no regrets.
In talking about drinks, the batista suggested a specialty drink which I had never had and it was fantastic: Chi Tea with dark caramel syrup. My new favorite.
Their is routinely a 30 minute wait. Worst place to go for coffee.
The staff was so kind and brought such a positive attitude, I absolutely love this location.

I don't think these Baristas get enough recognition I go here literally every day and the young tall boy is always running circles around everyone there. he always has the most positive personality no matter how short staffed they are. the young tall boy who was working togos today was literally working his tail off, while dealing with rude people who have absolutely no patience. you will go far in life with your work ethic and overall positive demeanor.
Placed an "order ahead" mobile order, and hour later still didn't see my items come through the pick-up counter. I asked someone about it and they wrote up cups to get it made, but I guess since everything is digital now they can't read the written cups anymore since I was supposed to get an iced vanilla latte, but ended up with a cold brew that had some vanilla pumps and splash of almond milk...I didn't ask them to fix since I had already been there for almost an hour waiting. I know they were crazy busy per usual, but will probably get more priority you go through the drive thru.
