Came by after school - they had me waiting at the drive-thru for five minutes after telling me to wait. I left.The time before I asked for a Number 2 (a burger) and the guy kept insisting I said, verbatim, a hot-dog. I also asked for a shake, over an hour before close, and they said they stopped serving dessert at that time.This place used to be okay but whoever they have working there now is just poor at service or doesn't want to do their job.
Order food in drive thru. Waited 20 minutes to get my food. When we did, we drove off. I immediately had to turn around. I showed the Manager, Nicole my burnt black onion rings. Her remark was I tried to make them crispy. I told her I just wanted them cooked correctly. I asked her is she would eat them, she took them from me and threw them in the trash. Then told me to leave the store or she would call the police on me. My husband handed me all the food back which I gave it to her. Once again stated to another employee to call the police. I informed her that I was not leaving until I got a refund. Nicole refused to give her managers information. She repeatedly said call the store. Well Nicole, I will do more than just that. A simple hey I apologize and let me remake them for you would have been enough.
Put in an order in the app for a shake. Go there and pull in the stall. App tells me there’s a problem so I push the button and the guy tells me only taking drive through orders. Pull up to drive through tell him I have a mobile order and he tells me they aren’t doing ice cream anymore at 7:30 PM because they have to clean it? They close at 10. Made no sense and a waste of my time.
2nd time in the last couple weeks that I’ve wanted to get a Sonic Blast and couldn’t. First time I was told that the ice cream machine wasn’t working. Tonight (8pm) I was told they were done selling ice cream for the day. Seriously?!?! How do you a cut off time to sell ice cream products?? So once again DQ got my money. I’m done with this Sonic!
Wow what a joke. I drive a box truck so I am unable to do drive-thru so I parked and went to the walk up speaker. First I was told they would be right with me then after I waited they told me drive-thru only. There were 2 vehicles in stalls that had been served, 0 cars in the drive-thru, and no other customers waiting. I do not understand why it was such a big deal for me to order.
This sonic off hwy K is AWFUL every single time I come. I waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes for the girl to rudely say they weren’t doing ice cream, and this is the 3rd time they have said that the last 3 times I’ve been. I also pulled into the drive up spots once a few months ago and she again rudely said they were doing drive through only. Never coming back to this sonic again
Ordered a grilled chicken club and got a chicken patty and 2 pieces of bread. Not even mayo or anything. Just chicken and bread. Tried to call and after multiple attempts they must have disconnected the line because I got a dial tone after the 4th or 5th call.
This place has really gone down hill. Last 3 times I’ve ordered from this place it takes 20 plus minutes to make my food. That’s after I order ahead on the app. It doesn’t even give me the option to cancel my order or get a refund on the app so I have to sit and wait .
I ordered a #7 with tots and a medium through the drive thru around 9:15-9:25 pm and IT WASNT EVEN COOKED!! When i called to speak to someone, they answered the phone and hung up. Severely poor customer service and quality of food.
I am very disappointed with the fact that you no longer offer $.99 key chains anymore. I looked forward to this. I gave them for Christmas presents and people loved that. The employees at your stores need to be appreciated more for their hard work. I went to a store the other day and a staff member had walked out and quit leaving one person to run the store. I think that corporate should get out there with the workers and help. I'm giving it 3 stars for the people at the location who work so hard.
