The waitresses were on point with drinks and deluveri g food and making sure we had everything but the food was ridiculous and inedible, the fries looked and tasted like the was setting around all day and was dropped back in the fryer through entire meal! Our son has autism and fries are his go to and he never refuses fries but he refused to eat them!!! My wife took one bite of her burger and daughter a bite from one of her chicken strips and other son had to go to bathroom and got sick!!!! Onion ring tower half the breading was broke off and soggy!!! Our sweet tea was sour!!! Kitchen staff needs replaced!!! The mid rivers location is the better choice if you want red Robin, never an issue!! The waitress notice my wife didn't eat and took her food off which was nice! It's to bad such good waitresses have to deliver terrible food!! Won't be back!!!!!!!
This resturant has got it all, great, taste, presentation, friendly staff. It has it all from kids to adults beverages .Very constituent from time to time and prices really considering a hamburger across the street, very reasonable pricing.The size and volume of food is great.To staff, and management it's very refreshing to have pleasant greeters, waitresses, food is wonderful and the waitress checks back very often if you require other things excellent. Food delicious.Apple eBay parking and acess in and out of the lot to Hwy K.Thank you we do enjoy eating with you, not many I can say that about..
just went tonight, really good fresh food every time we go. love this place.
Food was good but the service was totally sad. Bottomless sides are great...if they ever return to ask if you would like more otherwise it loses some of the magic. Drinks went dry often in our group of ten and the waitress vanished on several occasions.
I order a guacamole burger with fries and there wasn’t any guacamole on my burger. Very disappointing. I was looking forward on having guacamole on my burger. I gave it 3 stars because the burger was still good. I just wish there was guacamole on the burger.
This is the 2nd time for this location that we've had a bug in food or drink. This time it was a drowned bug on a lemon in my iced tea. Took it to bar and waitress got me a new drink fairly quickly but never had a bug in anything at any other restaurant. On a previous visit to this same location my son's burger had a bug on the pattie. It always looks so clean but now I wonder plus I didn't even want lemon in my tea.
As it is everywhere, prices seem to be climbing. However, as it always is at Red Robin, the meals were excellent. Service tends to be hit-and-miss, and for this visit it was mediocre but not terrible. We don't usually visit this location, but the wait at our nearest Red Robin was quoted as an hour (@ 4:20pm!) "Due To Staffing"....and this location was able to seat our family of six immediately when we arrived at 4:30pm.
Amazing, friendly staff. Less wait time than any other location. Amazing food and a great atmosphere. Can we thank the campfire sauce gods for a moment, too!!!!
? Oh boy...I had the Black & Bleu Burger: A Sautéed and Blackened Portobello Mushrooms, Caramelized Onions, Pepper-Jack Cheese, Fried Egg, Bleu Cheese crumbles, Lettuce and Roasted Garlic Aioli on a toasted Brioche bun. ?? Oooh...I didn't know about Bleu, but now I do...?
The margaritas were delicious! So were the pretzel bites, fried pickles, and mushroom burger. We had a party of 15+ and everyone loved their food! I can't remember her name but our waitress was awesome. She was very friendly and patient with all of our crazy family!We will definitely be back. ❤️
