Didn't get my order right then outright charged my for the ala carte price instead of the substitution price then the female employee gave me s dirty look because I expected what I ordered. The male employee was courteous.
So I want to give a shout out to the 2 girls that did stay. Because 2 employees walked out with 6+ cars in line and no where to go but forward till the front cars left. I would've gave a 5 star but when I got home I got half of my 40$+ meal I was charged for on my debit card. Just disappointed but I should've cancelled the order when people were quitting like they did. It just sucks the 2 that stayed had to make due the way they did.
Worst customer service ever. Waited over 30 mins. To find out they were only taking online orders. They should have someone outside telling people that. When I call the person on the phone was rude and yelled at me. Worst rally’s ever.
Received a large order fries that was half full...one star I would give them a half star
Rallys.com will rip you off and blame door dash. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE AND EXPECT ANYTHING BUT A HASSLE>Ordered food online, using the Rally's website, to have delivered by Door Dash at 11:00 PM on Saturday night. Food was never delivered. We waited until 2:00 AM, when the 5th door dash driver who attempted to pick up our order texted us to let us know that the restaurant was closed. We never received food, but we were charged $45.95, and were charged over $9 for using the website and food delivery.We contacted the the restaurant, who told us to contact Door Dash. We didn't place the order through Door Dash, so there was nothing they could do. Finally they told us to contact the corporate office. 3 days later, and have still not been refunded for the order we never got, that was placed several hours before they closed.Addendum:I have contacted them via the website, and gave them all the details, including the order number, time and date. I guess we'll see if they really do want to make it right
Used to be my favorite fast food place. Now you literally can’t order because nobody works, they’re always outside on their phones or smoking. 24/7. Won’t come inside to serve you. They watch you pull up, and take a drag.
I never usually have problems with this location but tonight was different. Driving up the only lights visible were from inside the building, the order screen were all dark which made very difficult to see. I ordered the 2 for 5.50 double rally cheese burgers. Asked for only pickle and ketchup. Also asked for 6 peice mozerella sticks and a large fry. I received chilly cheese frys instead of a large fry so i had to ask for them. The frys and burgers were cold when i immediately got them. The burger also had everything on it. Only thing that was warm was the mozerella sticks because it had to be made fresh. I also found a hair on one of my mozerella sticks and i know it wasnt mine because it was short and curly. Im very displeased!
Waited in line 10 minutes for it to be my turn to order, (only one person at the window and one person 8n front of me ordering) just to be told the only thing i waited for (icecream) wasnt working. Now i have to wait and 10 or 15 minutes just to get out of line from ordering nothing!!
Pulling out of this place is horrible, service is fantastic. The problem is there's no light or any way for traffic to slow down. I've actually had to wait upwards of 10 minutes before to pull out of this place to continue going wherever I wanted to because it's drive through only. A secondary entrance or exit of some sort would go far for this place
I almost always get a Rally burger or two when eating here, nothing else. Been hooked on them ever since I did a commercial for Rally"s back in the 80"s in Florida. Usually the Rally burgers are great, hot and juicy. This last time I stopped there, the two Rally burgers that I received were dried out and just barely warm. Seemed like the meat patties had been pre-cooked some time ago and then slightly re-warmed before being served.I'll try this place again but I hope the burgers are better.
