Just grub-hubbed from here, so for 3 people this was quite pricey at $11.90 a bowl. So you would think they could get it right. They did not put brown rice on two of the bowls, which was requested, they left off requested sour cream, shredded cheese and tortilla strips. The rice in one of the bowls had hard clumps. They did not provide utensils or napkins. The candied jalapenos are not candied. For $11.90 a bowl you would think they could get it right. I am not normally a complainer but this was ridiculous. Also, I am on hold to tell them about this and it has taken them over 15 minutes to get back to me.

I really like this location but I can’t count how many times they’ve been closed when they should be open. I don’t understand the point of having hours if it’s a total crapshoot if they’ll be open. Today 6/20 they are closed at 8:15pm even though the hours say till 10pm online and on the front door. A bit annoying to make a trip only to find out they’re closed. I can understand things happen, but this is such a common occurrence

Hi I was at the Highway K location on Saturday and I had an amazing service experience with Jasmine and the manager at the same time. Jasmine made my order exactly as I asked and was very friendly and ready to serve me and my daughter. The manager was telling me about the meats she had prepared and how good all the food was with a beautiful smile. I appreciated this experience so very much so I will go back today. Thanks you guys!

The manager with the curly black and red hair is extremely rude. The new chicken cheese crusted quesadilla advertisement doesn't list pico as an ingredient, so when the employee went to put it on I'm like "woah what are you doing?" Because I'm allergic to pico. I explained that I didn't know that was on there since it wasn't in the ingredient list. Employee says no problem and goes to remake it. The manager walked by and says, "well it's clearly shown in the picture". Ugh one of those rude people who has to have the last word even when no one was talking to them in the first place. I assumed it was shown as an add-on. It's not like I was trying to scam them with my allergy.

've ordered from this location several times, but yesterday I'm very upset. I placed an order at 5:18 and the estimated pickup time was 5:28, but my order was not ready when I got there at 5:50. Two people made it for me on the spot based on the order details on my phone. But they still got it wrong, I ordered chicken and extra beef but they only gave me beef, and they also missing the strips. I can't believe there were two people who helped me with my order but ended up missing so much, it shows they didn't take the job seriously. Since this did not happen to my previous order, therefore I didn't open it in the store to check, so guys...please check it out in the future.

If u planning on lunch better leave yourself 30 to 40 minutes just waiting in line. Standing in line I see them do 3 or 4 online orders to every 1 person who is actually here waiting in line. I love Qdoba's food that is the only reason the are getting more than one star. Worth the wait? Depends on if u have time

Ordered food ahead of time,, came in right when it was supposed to be done. It was not ready,, no problem,, waited 30 min while they kept making food people that walked in. It was NOT busy only one person in at a time. So much for ordering and paying ahead of time. Just left with no food.

This Qdoba has generally been a good experience for me. Like others have mentioned, sometimes the communication of closing early due to staffing issues has been lacking. However, when they are open, I find them all friendly and hard-working.

I went to pick up some qdoba on Valentine’s Day for dinner and when I got to the store, the line was already growing. There were at least 20 tickets spitting out of the online order ticket machine and people waiting to order as well. The young man that was working at this first station did a phenomenal job despite how busy everything was! Not only did he get the orders started for people in line, but he also started many of the online ticket orders AND helped throw more veggies on the grill to help the supply when the cook was busy. While more workers arrived to help, he instructed them what orders needed and was so efficient when some of the other line workers didn’t have the same sense of urgency. He did a great job and I appreciate his hard work a lot!

Placed an order online and arrived almost immediately. Their app does not account for pico de gallo, so I asked about it. They added some and put a rush on my order since they saw me waiting. Their pickled jalapeños are AMAZING!
