Worse experience ever. I was told they only had Mac n cheese as a side, it looked liked it had been sitting there since they opened this morning. I was also told it was going to be a 40 minute wait for regular chicken. I was given spicy chicken 5 minutes later that was not hot. I was given 2 strawberry jellies for 5 biscuits, when I asked for more I was given a loud sigh.Stay far away from this restaurant.

@232pm July 10,2022. The employee working decided to take the phone off the hook to receive phone calls and is not fulfilling orders properly. Not sure if it’s short staffing but customers fulfillment from a fast food chain should not be handle and ran as such.

Arrived after work, about 5:30p, to be told they were closing at 6p (everything says they close at 9p) so they had a very limited menu. Didn't have anything I wanted and if I did order I would've had to wait 15-30mins. Poor service, if they have any food at all, they always get the order incorrectly. Told to pull up front several times to wait for simple orders. I understand it happening once or twice especially during busy hours but they usually barely have any cars and it's happen constantly. Never had a good experience from this location.

It's danged hard to buy good fried chicken anymore without raising your blood pressure.Like at this place. They are training, and I get the trainee. I simply ask, after a nice long wait at the speaker, "How much for four chicken breasts?" He replies, "I'll check...(30 seconds)...what kind of piece do you want?"To which I reply, "I think I'll have pizza tonight, before I starve to death."I've tried this place before, with similar results, didn't write them up before. And their dining room is always locked up. Don't waste your time here, unless you really enjoy wasting your time.

Waited in the drive through for around 10 minutes and the line never moved a single car so we ended up parking and going inside. When we went inside there was a baby the belong to one of the workers practically behind the counter. Then the 3 workers were yelling at each other. Waited about 15 min to get our food. I have never had good expectations for fast food places to begin with but this was seriously a circus show. Special Ed people have more coordination then those workers.

Ordered thru the app, selected Drive Thru for the pick-up method, and proceeded to the drive thru line. We sat in line for 30 minutes, only to get to the speaker box & get told "All mobile orders go thru the lobby". I said "But in the app you can choose lobby or drive thru." Her response - "Well, ma'am, there's nothing we can do about that. You have to come into the lobby if you want your mobile order." No apology, no nothing. Not even a decent attitude. If we hadn't already paid for it, we would've gone elsewhere. This location has been mediocre at best since the day they opened their doors.

My family and i recently came to this location and all i can say is...WOW!!! Will and Riley did and excellent job at taking our complicated order and making it so easy to process and FRESH!!! They were very accommodating and friendly. Even after reading the recent reviews, i can confidently say that they are doing the best that they can with being short staffed .GIVE THEM A CHANCE!!!!

So rude we left without ordering! We pulled up, got an automated message saying they're training new staff, so please wait. Employee comes on right after that and says, sorry about that, can I take your order? But the electronic menu was broken, so we pulled into the parking lot to view the menu in our phones. (Even though there were no other cars in line.) We come back, get the electronic message again, but that was it. So we waited a few minutes, unsure if they knew we were there, then said, "Excuse me, we're ready to order." She came on and said if we couldn't be patient, get out of HER line, with an sarcastic "God bless you" thrown in at the end. What?!?! When my husband responded that that wasn't necessary, we're being patient, she ended up screaming at us. I understand and empathize with the difficult times in the food service industry, so I hate to leave a bad review, but this was such an unnecessary overreaction.

Initially, worker seemed bothered that my daughter and I wanted to order food. She wasn’t friendly from the start and how dare I ask a question. We waited 7 min after ordering with no other customers to get our food and then received cold fries and old chicken sandwiches with old, hard buns. Unfortunately, I like Popeyes but will not be returning to this one.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. After waiting 40 minutes for my order when I got home I realized over half of it was missing. When I called to let them know what had happened I was screamed at by the manager and told I was being rude and wouldn’t have my food replaced because of it. I wasn’t asking to have my food replaced I was simply asking to receive the food I paid for. She then proceeded to hang up on me and would not answer any other phone calls. This place is an absolute scam, and cheating people.
