Fast and convenient. Order is always correct, everything is hot and ready when my husband gets his pizza fix. Nice staff.
They always mess up my order every time. Even though they messed up my delivery and just left they won’t have the delivery driver just turn back around to give me my pizza they are expecting me to wait another 1hr and 30mins.
They usually sauce the wings better (more covered) than the Wentzville location. Love the Buffalo chicken pizza but the 1st time we got it from here it needed a little more Buffalo sauce on it. So the 2nd time we ordered, we asked for extra Buffalo on it and it was in a cup on the side and none on the pizza. ?? I assumed they would put it on as extra but whatever.
Don't lie about delivery times and then give excuses about lack of workers. Everyone understands lack of workers right now, but you did know that BEFORE you took my order and then lied about how long it would take. A 30 min delivery time should not turn into an hour and a half for cold pizza and the wrong wings, especially when the distance is so very short from your location. Very unhappy and will not be ordering for delivery again.
Not too bad. It's what I would expect from a chain restaurant. The staff are friendly and you get your food in a good time.
Everything tasted fine but you could tell the store was rushed. One pizza was supposed to be half bacon and half sausage but it was a full bacon. The pizzas also had corner pieces that were nearly just crust. The toppings, cheese and sauce were barely on the inside edge. Chicken wings were great and breadsticks are always good. Just could tell things were hectic and busy.
Two out of the three pizzas I purchased were good but one was burnt and dried out. Spent $50 on three pizzas not including the tip. All of the pizzas should have been good. Definitely will not be going back anytime soon.
Pizza could only be described as “nasty”. Also don’t understand how neither pizza was remotely close to being round. The cheese pizza looked like a small instead of a large. Breadsticks which are normally about and inch tall were not even 1/4 inch and had the taste of cardboard. Yes they were extremely busy and probably short staffed but I wasted $36 as everything but the soda was not editable. I would rather they said they could not make our order. After taking over an hour for our pizza to be ready (we picked it up - was only to take 20 minutes) I ended up having to make dinner because the pizza was soooo bad.
Friendly staff. Fast service. I went cause I saw the commercial for $12.99 stuffed crust but they said they didn't have to honor the sale cause they are independently owned. Charged me $16. Dissatisfied.
Great pizza. Excellent service. This particular location stands out when compared to other locations we have visited.
