Ordered for the first time from this Pizza Hut in O'Fallon MO, as we are new to the area. We requested a deliver for around 1-1/2 - 2 hours from the time I placed the order. Our order was delivered at the time requested. Delivery driver was very respectful. Our food was exactly as we ordered and it was hot when it arrived. I highly recommend this Pizza Hut. *****
every time i ask for extra sauce and toppings, i always seem to get less and it’s always completely covered in cheese. if i wanted cheesey bread i’d just go to MOD.
Amazing service! With snow covered roads and late night cravings, I ordered some good ol’ Pizza Hut. Our driver, Colin, got the goods here in a jiffy and even went the extra mile to call us and make sure our contactless delivery went smoothly. The pizza had an original take: after peeling a slice and examining the contents the sauce seemed to brush upon the crust like waves upon the shore (see attached image). It was not necessarily my taste, but I’m sure someone would enjoy it! The boneless wings and Cinnabon mini rolls were great side options. Overall, I felt coddled in the warm arms of the hut, and would gladly visit again.I would like to emphasize the fact that Colin was NOT responsible for the pizza making. Post examination we called and verified this fact.
Pizza was cold and hard. I decided to try Pizza Hut over Dominoes for their value orders. I spent 29$ on one medium one topping pizza, one order of boneless wings, one cookie. Ridiculous. Then to have it cold and hard. Take over hour to get to home. Never again.
Pizza and breadsticks were not hot when we received them. On the better side of warm. Still good, but its a short drive from for the store to my condo so I think the order sat around a while.
The sauce and toppings on the rectangular pizzas did not cover the dough. All 4 corners on both pizzas were only slightly covered on the inside corner. The breadsticks did not come with the marinara sauce that I believe they should have came with.
We ordered a large pizza with extra cheese. It was barely inedible due to the cheese was dumped in the middle of the pizza. Part of the pizza had no cheese and the other part had so much the pan crust was under cooked. We had to throw out the pizza.
The pizza I ordered was just the way I ordered, not too crispy and was really good. The person who delivered it let me know that it was at the door so it was still hot.
The food was hot when delivered. The driver was courteous. The food was exactly what we ordered and was delicious. I can tell when my kids like it because there are no leftovers. Good job!
