My order was hot and delicious! It’s the first time we tried the big box dinner and it was a nice variety. We picked up and the employees were helpful and fast in getting us checked out. We’ll be back soon!
The delivery driver was worried about leaving my pizza on the patio since the weather was so cold, so she waited for me to answer the door. I really appreciated the gesture.
Delivery driver will stand outside and wait at your door and complain about the tip you gave until you give them more. Will never order here again. What if the tip I gave was all I could Afford? I get harassed? I couldn't tip that much on the card I used because I only had a certain amount in the account. But My son answered the door before I could give him cash and she harassed him about the tip. He was mortified. I didn't even have a chance to give him the cash tip I had before she complained. Terrible....
For 3.99 delivery fee plus tip the driver I spent almost $40 for 2 small 1 topping pizzas cheese bread and mini cinnamon rolls I could have gotten a little Caesars for half that price. Never again will I order from pizza hut. The pizza was not good and it took over an hour to arrive. I can go on. No more pizza hut for me
Wait time for delivery was 70-80mins. Pizza was chewy, not cut real good, cheese sticks were burnt and had something liquidity in the box and the all the food was cold, we had to reheat it ourselves
Don’t overcook all 3 pizzas. Not sure I will be back. Kids would barely eat it and they love pizza.
I was greeted with a positive attitude the minute I walked in. The lobby was decorated up for Halloween and they had music going. The worker was extremely nice and had me in and out quickly. She seemed like she was having a great day and loved what she was doing. Awesome experience and will go back again
easy to order, fast delivery, driver called when they got to the hotel as requested. Pizza tasted great!
I love the original thin and crispy crust. I appreciate there have been no changes to that flavor in 50 years. Every pizza I get from the hut is the same excellent quality.
First time used this particular Pizza Hut, and excellent service and food. Will definitely use again!
