Much better quality than some of their competitors (e.g., Subway) with larger portion sizes. However, it can be a little pricey. For example, a large cheese steak sandwich with extra meat will run about $18, but I've paid that much in a sit-down restaurant for a much less satisfying sandwich. I'm not a big fan of their fries, but I still give them 5 of 5 stars because I think the sandwiches are that good.

Just got home after getting my order. A 12 inch chicken cordon blue, 9 inch blt, small order of fries and a medium order of fries. Paid $31. Got home and I’m missing an order of fries. I knew i should have checked before leaving. But when places are paying teenagers and adults $15 an hour, you’d expect better quality control. Apparently not. I won’t be back!!! Waste of money!!! Oh and an update after unwrapping my chicken cordon bleu. There’s tomatoes on it. Never asked for tomatoes ? Seriously it wasn’t busy and it’s not hard to take and read an order!

Our food was great, and I was happy to see they are remodeling and removed that moldy cold case that used to be at the front counter.

Their remodeling the store but still serving. As always the food is pretty good and I like their fresh fries.

I ordered for 2-1 sub/ 1 Caesar wrapwith fries and a drink was almost $40 dollars!!!I can go to a fancy sit down restaurant and spend that!

Contacted them because my order was wrong holding tholding the sandwich in my hand that was wrong explaining to the person what was wrong with it and they told me no sir I made all those sandwiches and I know I made them correctly. Now I have to spend more money to feed my child who's allergic to the thing that's on the sandwich thanks for nothing

I have never been more excited than when the bread was changed back. The food is always hot and delicious and I enjoy it very much!!!

I dont hardly ever eat out and thought I would treat myself. What a waste of my money. The lemonade was good, the french fries were cold and they were all the little crunchy ends and the sandwich was soggy at one end and the bread on top was too hard to bite into

Great food, and they has staffing. Lots of places just using a couple of employees to run the place. Not penn station.

brandon is the most outstanding person i have ever met. so professional and i would come back 100%
