Shameful. Waited the whole 45 minutes I'm watching it on the tracker. Had a girl from Georgia show up at my door with a pizza that was clearly addressed over on the bad side of town, and she didn't have my order, but she was sent here. Call the store and they admitted they never even made the pizza in the first place. This is going to end up as a chargeback on their part since I ordered with American Express. Something is going on up there that is making them inefficient. I take a visit from the health inspector is called for. I'll be filing that complaint first thing in the morning.
Food was great, but the delivery person left the food on the porch and didn't ring the bell or knock. I saw the food when I checked to see if the delivery car was there. That was not good.
If you want sparse topping then by all means this is the place for you. I complained once and was comped and wasted gas trying again. too many nicer places to go to.
DO NOT ORDER HERE. That’s pretty much it. They make ok food, but the headache of ordering it and waiting 2 hours+ is the worst part, and trying to call and sitting there 15mins on hold to ask if it left yet. I’ve had to change to pick up my order a few times because they were an hour+ before it’s out the door. I guess super understaffed. Just pick up an order another location.
Was told not to order food cause they are short handed and it would be hours for the order to be started. At what point do you just close your location and move the employees to other stores so you can have one running store.
Talk about phoning it in. It just requires crust and cheese on the whole crust. Guess that was too much to ask.
Ordered 1 pizza at 7:15PM, app estimated 45 to 55 minutes for delivery. Wife called store at 8:30PM since the app still stated “preparing” as the status of our order. Talking to the manager, the driver had to return to the store from a previous order to make our delivery, which she stated there were only two drivers. I understand short staff situations in these hard times, but don’t sell people your product like everything is ok. This is bad management practice in my opinion. We asked for our money back and to cancel our order, since the pizza would probably be cold and disgusting after sitting for so long. Will never order from this location again and I would advise others to avoid as well.
First time I got a Papa John's pizza in probably 10 years. That garlic butter sauce is still as delicious as I remember. I got a couple pizzas here on new year's eve and they were ready in 10 minutes. They had a full staff. I heard other people having to wait hours for their food on NYE, not us. Thanks Papa John's!
This is a great fast pizza place. They always get our order right and very nice.
Made an order online and made a change to it before submitting it. I didn’t double check it too make sure that it saved the changes on one of the pizzas. I called up and explained what happened and the order had just left to be delivered. I was more than willing to pay for the pizza since it was my fault for not double checking my order. The girl on the phone was awesome and said that they would remake it for free since it just went out the door and i was on hold for a while. Phenomenal customer service at this location and quick delivery. Also thank you to the delivery drivers that are working on the snow! I can’t thank all of you enough!
