When we first found Nancy’s we were really excited, the toppings were visible and the sauce/crust was amazing, but the last 3 times we’ve ordered pizza the meat was almost non existent. Plenary of sauce crust and some cheese, but meat and topping are elusive. Not sure we’ll be back. The cost for what you get doesn’t add up. The cannolis are great!
Dough on deep dish pie was horribly undercook. Center was raw dough. See photo. Called the restaurant and they said there was nothing to do to remedy this since it was A Door Dash order. Didn’t even offer an apology and said I could reorder if I wanted.
I've only ordered on e and it was their Rocco Chi style deep dish. It was delicious. I drove 23mins one way to pick it up and my wife and I ate on it for 4 days. I would definitely order again and again if it wasn't such a time commitment for us.
Ok. So i just move to this area after living in a city of 1 mil people and so far food in this area is kind of a let down but this place is amazing meatballs and deep dish but i do think the Deep dish should be a little Deeper have more cheese and sauce like they do in Chicago..
We ordered several pizzas for a family gathering. Deep dish, classic thin and rustic crust. Delicious!! We will be having them again!
So they are take out only. The pizza was pretty bland and scant on the pepperoni if there was any. I don't care what anyine saysn its no Giordano's. Gave it the second day test after a reheat..meh.
Omg!!! So fire!!! I had a alfredo and my husband had a meat lovers Pizza and it was so good when I tell you I will be back I will be back and the fact that Jason was amazing thanks Jason it was so good
The site says they have dine in at O'Fallon but they dont. Didnt try anything since we had a family of 5.
My order was marked as ready I entered store and was missing part of my order the employee told me she didn't see that it would be a ten min wait I said ok. I patiently waited as I did so the woman who apparently was the manager was bad mouthing me that I should be waiting in my car. And said I should be able to read. These statements were loud enough for the entire building could hear. Not to mention there was another man waiting as well nothing was said about him. I spoke up and said you marked my order as ready you forgot part of my order and now you are speaking ill of me? So no I will not go wait in my car for your mistake. She continued to be rude and obnoxious. Instead of the ten min wait she made me wait twenty. When I asked her name she said she didn't have to give it to me even tho she was the manager. Worst service I have received in years. Clearly and unapologetically unprofessional.
Probably the best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had! It was bigger than most other gf pizzas, with a generous amount of toppings. I finally didn’t feel like I was overcharged for a gf pizza! I also have a dairy allergy, and they circled that note on the receipt and made sure no cheese was on the gluten free pizza. My husband loved his Chicago deep dish too! We will definitely be back
