Just left here! I love love frozen yogurt! But what I love even more is walking in and being greeted. These are the kinds of places we enjoy giving our business to. My husband actually talked to the owner for a few while my kids and I got yogurt. The staff here are really nice! We will be back!
My son and I have tried to go here twice in the past month. They’ve been closed on a Wednesday and Friday - even though the sign says they are open on Friday for a “fill your cup” promotion. I don’t know how it’s still open or making money.
I feel like service here always sucks. And why do you have to weigh separately on Fridays????
Took my grandson to get yogurt and a cake. Used a credit card to pay. Was told card didn't work. Used a different card. I checked online and both cards were charged. Was told given refund on one. Have not gotten refund. My daughter contacted the place. Still no refund of over charge. it has been two weeks.
Menchie’s always has a good variety of flavors and an extensive selection of toppings to choose from. Their pricing is upfront and reasonable, and their staff is typically friendly. Amid Covid-19, they’ve made an effort to make the experience safe for all, placing toppings in individual containers - a move appreciated by my family and I. The one downside to this particular location is parking - the entrance/exit can get very congested, so just be mindful.
We tried 4 different flavors and didn’t like any, even the kids didn’t enjoy them. I feel like we tried very basic flavors. The store was also very dirty. No clean tables and we were the only ones in there. The counters where dirty, and just and overall not good experience. Even the kids asked to not return.
Walked in after trying door several times, very hard to open. Looking around and the two young men working are just chatting away, we said this is our first time here and one told us where to get a dish. My children made their dishes and put on toppings, I tried and the flavor must have been out cause nothing was coming out. Worker didn’t care. We paid and sat down the two young men continued talking after another lady came in and was her first time. Still talking and then a family came to the door they couldn’t open it, so we opened it for them the workers could care less, the place was dirty. Instead of chatting and doing nothing clean, sweep ,get a wet cloth out wipe stuff off. I never plan on returning, we were so disappointed for our first day of school treat.
Place was dirty!! Also found a hair in yogurt. Showed the employee on duty and absolutely no apologies. Immediately walked out. Won’t be returning
the yogurt was good but the place was kind of gross. the seats were sticky and the tables had grime on them. the bathroom was also revolting
Clerk was helpful and the ice cream was really good.
