Consistently the best McD’s fries ever…Order is also always fresh and always right, everyone is always friendly. I was really surprised to see the amount of bad reviews on here so I had to give mine, as I have been coming to this location for years and will pass up 1-2 other McD’s just to come to this this particular location!
Went to the drive-through they had me pull around never brought my my order out, had you asked about it and then got the wrong order! Terrible every time!
This location is usually pretty good, but this morning I ordered hotcakes with extra sausage (my receipt said it) and there was NO sausage! Of course I didn't check my order before I left so that's my bad, but I will from now on!
I moved to this side of O'fallon about two years ago. I've been to this McDonald's a handful of times since then. Almost every time I show up, the lobby is a mess, the bathrooms are horrible. So I stopped going inside, only drive through. There has been a couple of times my fries weren't old and cold, or the bottom bun to the burger wasn't soaked in grease. I feel there needs to be a change in management and staff.
Consistently poor service. Last time they doubled up the drink carrier to pass me 1 soda and 1 Mcflurry. I said I do not want the carrier and in the two seconds it took me to grab my drink and ice cream, the MANAGER rudely said, "Just take it. You are holding up the line." Seriously? IDGAF about your labor shortage or whatever, you don't ever speak to customers that way. I used to come here often but I found Chick Filet to be comparable in price, way better quality, and consistently superior service. Don't waste time or money here.
The food was typical McDonald's, but it was the drive-thru staff that was amazing. Quick and very friendly. Have always had positive experiences at this location and it's drive-thru.
Lobby doors were open but only opened for doordash customers! It was around 5pm! Should have posted a sign on door to make customers aware that they had to use drive thru!!
They always lie about when they close. This store has horrible customer service and should e closed down for good
Employees need to be more aware and conscious of their order preparation the amount of error in the drive thru is unnecessary.
This is normally a good location. Orders are usually correct and food is McDonald's. My last visit, the chicken sandwiches were over fried to the point they were dark brown and inedible. The time before that, I waited in the far side drive up while 5 cars went through the other side. I finally had to back up and go to the other side. When asked about why that happened, they had nothing to say. To top it off, they were out of what I wanted to order. I hope this was just a couple bad trips and not a sign of things to come.
