This was one of the worst fast food restaurants I have ever had. When we got our food they mixed up the order number so we didn't know they had our food done, we had ask for soda they only had a few choices so we went with Sprite what they gave us was NOT Sprite it was gross it just tasted like carbonated water that I was drinking out of my brother's gym shoe... actually carbonated water in his shoe would be better, there was only a little bit of ketchup on each burger, and then there was mustard on the outside of our burger paper wrappings... we didn't order anything with mustard, the chicken nuggets were kind of doughy and the ranch packets for them where busted open, and then lastly the fries were cold and tasted like they had been made 3 hours ago.
This should be a minus-5 star experience. This by far is the worst MCD on the face of the earth. There were many first's: at the drive through- the staff member states after I've waited 3 minutes to order at the drive through intercom: "What do you want?". While waiting to pay...I then see a MCD staff member deliver food to a parked car (probably online order...whatever)...only to watch him not come back into the MCD via the door...but by the drive through food window?! Hey...we are in a global pandemic...we serve food here...why not?! Then...get my food...bring it home...half of my order is not even in the bag. On the good side- we did order a chicken nugget happy meal and we received 6...yes..6 containers of ranch! One for each nugget! Wow!
We attempted to go through the drive thru and no one ever greeted us. So finally I said Hello! They advised us they are not currently serving because of low staff. People were inside and no signs posted they were closed. We then proceeded to go to the Lions Choice next door and we saw them serve someone in the drive thru. I give up! Lions Choice was fantastic!
Was served raw meat at this store. When returning the sandwich was treated like it was my fault. No sorry nothing. Handed me my sandwich in the box no bag and just walked away.
giving 4 stars for today's visit. it's hit and miss with getting all of our items but def getting better.drive thru "order takers" need better responses than "yeah" "is that all" and a thank you would be great. very off putting when you're trying to order with a speaker that sounds like they'd rather punch you in the face than take your order.at 630p on a friday food was hot , fresh and fast.2nd window was very pleasant.

Went here today about 3:30 pm. First I was the only car in the drive through and cars started to pile. Nobody took my order at all I sat for about 10 minutes I said hello hello?. Guy behind me pulled up to my window and said what’s going on and I said I have no idea. Pretty much everybody in the line pulled off I’m not even sure if there was any employees in there LOL I went to Taco Bell instead?
Spent 30 minutes in the parking lot trying to go through the drive-thru. People in the outer lane were just flying through with their orders. I ordered a #1 large with NO pickle. Can’t hear the person on the speaker. Man in front me gets mad and pulls off and we sat and sat and sat. Finally get to the window, repeats my order which is wrong. It’s the man who left. Kid fixes it and hands me my receipt. My receipt is CORRECT. Pulled forward, she read off my order. Yes, I said no pickles correct. I threw my truck in park and checked and it’s covered in pickles. I was then asked to pull forward and it was another 5 minutes before I get the correct food. Never freaking again.
First hot fresh fries I have had in a long time! Every other McDonald's I have been to have had a severe problem and figuring out how to serve hot french fries. This McDonald's restored my faith in the ability of giving fresh hot fries!!
ordered a 6 piece happy meal and only got 5. unless the workers can’t count, they thought they could get away with skimping me out of my nugget since it’s a happy meal . this why the mcdonald’s down highway K is better
