I just came through with my family on our way to our small summer vacation. We opted for the drive through rather than gas station snacks. The entire experience was uncomfortable and awful. We ordered two meals for our kids. Just two meals. We had to repeat both several times, the girl who took our card and gave us our receipt did not speak to us or even crack a smile. The guy who handed us our drinks and food only said "Dr. Peppers" and "that's all of it", again no smile. We waited a total of 15 min and spent over $15 to get hard, dry hamburgers and saltless, stale fries. Zero customer service. Awful food. Do better.
I frequently stop here for a meal, quick snack, or just a drink. Staff usually gets my order correct the first time and the food quality is usually predictably good. Prices are still affordable, even with inflation and price increases for almost everything, including wages!
Picked up 2 happy meals for both of my 2 year olds, gave me EXPIRED CHOCOLATE MILK and my kids were throwing up all night bc of it. I didn’t even realize it was expired till they were throwing up and that’s when I checked it. Never going to this location again!
Ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit meal, grated it was nearly 6 am, was given egg mcmuffin....the person working has 0 people skills, didn't offer receipt, greeting or any communication aside from is that it....probably won't return to this restaurant at this time again
Im not one to complain normally but tonight Jan, 13th I was not pleased with my hot and spicy McChicken. The chicken was clearly old and hard around the edges, the bun was hard as well and from my experience probably one of the extra buns that had been sitting for a few minutes. I tried calling the store multiple times and there was no answer. And to top it off whoever was working the wrapping station did a poor job, my sandwich wasn't even wrapped. I'll be speaking with a manager when I return and will be expecting a freshly made sandwich at no cost to me.... The only thing done right was that there was no lettuce as I had asked.The girl at the window was doing her job just fine
Drive thru line was super long, they were only using one drive thru instead of the 2 they have. The food was disappointing, chicken nuggets were dry and fries weren't fresh.
I went to this location today, and it took them 25 minutes to even take my order. Then I had to wait another 25 minutes to get my food. The man in the drive through was very rude, and then asked me to go to spot number one which I did to wait for my food. When I got my food I was missing 3 items and my soda, after having to wait for almost an hour just for them to mess my order up I will not be coming back.
Many bad experiences at this location. Today we received very cold/ old fries. They forgot the sauce that we were charged extra. Still not as bad as the time they dropped $40 bag of food on the ground and proceeded to stuff it back in the bag. They waited 10 minutes to bring it out to me. As if the disheveled food out of their wrappers with busted ketchup packets wasn't a dead giveaway.
Very interesting experience in the drive thru line. First the young man taking orders wasn't sure if he had taken our order, then he spoke into the microphone while speaking to another employee that used foul language, after paying for what we ordered we pulled up to receive our food. The young man handed us our drinks where I asked if I could get an artificial sweetener, the young man went to go retrieve it and was gone for sometime, upon his return he asked if we received our food, we had not and he said oh, well sure it will be ready soon. In the end we received everything, the food was hot and overall the employees are good. Just wish we didn't hear the conversation between employees.
My family and I have rarely had good experiences here. Seems to be better for breakfast and lunch but the wait times is what makes this place so poorly reviewed. If we didn’t have a 6 yr old we would probably never go here.
