3 stars just because 7 out of 10 times they will for sure some how get your order wrong. Then when u take the receipt and food to have them get it right. Its like I'm lying or something stupid u no.
Sometimes food is not always all fresh. No ice-cream or shakes ever. Sometimes when you say no to donating they round up anyways.
I ordered four Happy meals one was supposed to be a girls the other three were supposed to be a boys they were supposed to get extra fries instead of Apple slices they each got the one super small fry that comes with it no extra fries, I also ordered three quarter pounders with cheese they were all three very dried out super sloppy put together and basically cold, I also ordered an extra basket of fries I ordered these before and they've been fine however this one wasn't even half the amount that we were supposed to get,I also ordered a frappuccino which upon pulling off realizing a few minutes later that we did not even get. Does McDonald's was in O'Fallon Missouri at the corner of highway k and highway 70 I will not be going back to this location ever again! I spent $37 there I might as well just throw my money out the window.
I ordered 20 chicken nuggets, a small fry and a large diet Dr Pepper. They served me cold French fries and gave me a regular Dr Pepper. I’m a type one diabetic. On top of that they were trying to mimic the way my voice sounds while talking at the drive through. Overall, horrible experience and bad workers
Lunch crew is the worst in attitude. Apparently if they give u the wrong order and you're still holding it in their hand trying to give it back to them they can't take it back... What a joke it didn't even go inside my car. I HIGHLY recommend NOT GOING HERE.
Went through drive through bought 2 cheese burgers and got home to find out that there was no meat patty on either cheese burger. Very disappointed in this location.
Ordered burgers and fries with “No Salt” after having to pull around and wait 10+ minutes, because my fries weren’t ready yet, the young man comes out into the cold with the bag open and stood there talking to someone and then slowly walks it over to me. I commented to him that he was letting my food get cold with the bag open. He looked dumbfounded as if he couldn’t comprehend what I was telling him. I then quickly found out not only were the burgers and fries cold but they had salted them. So disappointing! Used to be much better when adults ran the place instead of clueless children.
