Staff made no effort to assist at the counter. They pointed to the self order kiosk and carried on with their unimportant conversation. The entire place smells heavily of sewer and completely ruins the idea of actually eating in the dining area. Tables were dirty yet there was only 1 other customer inside. Not sure what these people do while on site.

Seems all fast food places are hurting for help right now. And sorry to say, not so fast anymore. There's so many unfriendly.We went into this McDonald's Tuesday.Place was empty, so service was fast.Tables were clean.Employees were so friendly! That's what really means alot. Food was fresh & good.I'm thinking there's new owners.

I went to the Deer Creek location and wish I hadn't! I ordered a fish and fries. COOKED TO ORDER... I don't think they understand what that is. The fish was cold and the bun was old. Cold fries too. I went thru the drive thru 3 times. Finally, I got fresh by fries but still a cold fish.

Received 2 Un-Happy Meals with both 4 piece chicken nuggets missing. No answer on phone. Unreadable receipt due to no one changing the ink cartridge to be able to read receipt to take survey. Horrible. Will not return. Where's a decent McDonald's in the St. Charles area? Highly disappointed.

I don't think our order is ever right. They always forget part of the order and it's such a pain to have to go back and straighten it out. Sometimes when you tell them they like to ask "are you sure". Really?! You think i like to waste my time arguing with you over something like this. I use to let it go but now we have lost a lot of money in missing food and now I will write a bad review each time we are missing an item.

Why is it so hard to give barbecue sauce? 20 piece nugget and a 6 pc happy meal, supposed to get four barbecue sauces. We get zero. Every. Damn. Time.

This location is a mess. They like to play this game where if you order a drink that requires a straw, such as the frozen drinks, they will not provide one. If you order something like a normal soda or water, they'll give you one. It's extremely petty and I even called about it months ago. This is 100% consistent and intentional.

Last trip was good, this one not so much. Ordered off the kiosk, took 10 minutes to get 1 combo meal. They are trying but the girl at the cash register could be less indifferent. Now I have discovered that they never got the kiosk order.God help us

Ordered a large meal with an apple pie. Everything was cold, and the pie... the pie had to have been under the heater for at least 6 hours. Completely inedible. Tried to call several times but nobody answers.

I've been to some bad McDonald's locations, but this one is by far the worst. Ordered through the mobile app and waited 30 minutes, tried calling and no one picked up, drive thru line wrapped around the building, so waited in drive thru for 40 minutes, finally got our order and it was wrong.Mind you, I would understand if they had a skeleton crew or something, we intentionally looked in the window to see how many were working and they had a full crew, dressed sloppily, barely working. There was even someone out sweeping the parking lot (which imo is a severe lack of situational priority)Managers here need to be fired.
