The pizza is always ready quickly & delicious too! The prices are very reasonable. Staff is very friendly. I’ve ordered take out numerous times since moving to OFallon. With a great experience like this, how can I say no to my son when he wants a pizza night? Lol
Just had a pepperoni and a sausage pizza and it was delicious! Reminds me of new York style pizza. The cheese is my favorite part along with the chewy crust. Highly recommend!
Been there a couple of times. Pizza is ok, but I am not a fan of the sauce they use. It has been a long time since I have been there, so I might give it another shot.
In town for a class and this is some of the best pizza I have had. The meat deluxe was great.
Max’s Pizza is an amazing gem in O’Fallon, MO. I ordered the deluxe pizza and it was delicious ?. The owner was very friendly and personable, I felt like I was home. Thank you for such a wonderful pizza.
Great pizza, very nice staff, and they had the kindness to deliver to my hotel here. Couldn’t be happier ( and more full, haha!) with Max’s Pizza, will be a repeat place for sure!!!

We have been regular customers for 6 years. Ordered pizza for delivery about a month ago and gave the delivery guy our $10 reward coupon. Later on while having dinner we got a phone call from them wanting our credit card number to charge our card because they did not get the coupon. We told them “no” we gave it to the delivery driver. Tried to order again tonight for pick up and were told when I placed the order “Life is too Short and you did not give us our coupon so we will not serve you anymore”. OMG unbelievable. You are a small business and could really use the business and we gave the driver our coupon. You could even look up all our past orders in your system! Unbelievable. Guess we are taking all our business to Panteras!
Food is great, Staff always friendly! We recommend Max’s of O’Fallon every chance we get!
Long time customer here: I would not recommend Max’s pizza at all. I witnessed two of the managers/owners belittling their employees in the back while waiting to pickup my pizza on Friday. As a business owner myself, I realize that employees may need to be reprimanded at times but you should never do that out in the open where customers can see and hear what is going on. I almost asked for my money back and felt horrible for those staff members. This was all over leaving a pizza in the oven a little longer than it should have. The sad thing is all of the employees were running around in the back like a chicken with their heads cut off while these managers or owners were just sitting there doing absolutely nothing. Being in the service industry myself, it takes a lot for me to write a bad review but I will never drop a dime in Max’s again and I hope people read this and take their business elsewhere. There are just way too many better pizza places in the area who treat their employees with the upmost respect. I miss the old owner Neil, he would have never tolerated this type of behavior. Hey Max’s, maybe if you treated your employees better you would retain some of them and not always need to hire. You all should be ashamed of yourselves!!!
