Friendly staff. Hot fries. Fresh bun. Perfectly rare roast beef.
They were really busy when we went through the drive thru. I am really allergic to gluten and I asked for them to change their gloves in the preparation and I had a Wonderful meal. I didn't get sick, SO THANK YOU FOR THE time you took to change your gloves. I was able to enjoy our evening. I can't tell you how wonderful it is to be able to eat out and not get sick. Thank you again
This place is amazing! The food is always top notch and the portions are generous.
This location use to have consistently decent roast beef but not anymore. The last couple of years the meat has been raw more than half the time I have went there. I know they are supposed to be medium rare, but that's not how I've received them even after asking them to cook it well done. Also, This last time, I called the store and talked to the manager and he basically told me he doesn't know what I'm talking about and was very dismissive. Arby's is now my go to place.
It’s frustrating when you spend $30 on 2 meals and the sandwich meat is almost entirely fat. It was really chewy, gross, and inedible. The employees are really nice so I can’t give only one star but for such expensive food it’s really disappointing when you have to throw it away. I’m afraid going back to this location will be a waste of money again.
Used to be my fav Lion's Choice in O'Fallon MO. Service was slow with no one else in dining room and buns were dry and stale tasting. Roast Beef used to be thin and shredded well, not now.
Went through the drive-thru and ordered 3 of the Roast Beef sandwiches and again totally raw. I do like my beef on the somewhat rare side but totally red uncooked meat doesn't work for me. Really don't understand how they can even get away with serving it.
Never had issues before but the amount of meat or lack there of on the Butcher Block sandwich is ridiculous for the price. Not to mention it was extremely cold. I’m extremely disappointed in Lions Choice, I expect better quality from them.
I placed an online order. I didn’t receive my drink that I purchased with my meal, they made one of the sandwiches incorrectly. I didn’t receive the 2 sauces I ordered. I understand staffing is hard and times are challenging, but lions choice has really good food, why ruin orders by packaging them incorrectly?? Just double check the ticket and bags before handing out food, very frustrating.
One of only a couple of "fast food" restaurants I willing go to. I had the original roast beef with pepper jack cheese. It was flavorful and juicy. Staff was friendly and efficient.
