You guys rock!!!!! This location was extremely short handed tonight. The line was very long, but it was worth it!! The food was excellent and the service was amazing!!! Thank you to you both that were willing to stick it out and take care of each and every customer. It's not an easy job, but from someone who also works in this field, WAY TO GO!!!!

1-800-CALL-KFC. Remember this number before you go, because the dim-witted employees at this location don't. If there is a worst location in the franchise for poor management and customer service, this must be it. We placed a $50 online order. We received a message stating it was ready. When we got there, there was a huge line in the drive-thru, and when we tried going in the lobby, the doors were locked, with no signage at all stating why. So we got in the drive-thru line, waited another 20 minutes to get to the order speaker, and was told that due to short staffing, they were closed. When we inquired about a refund for the $50, the response was, "You have to call the 800 number". My wife asked to speak to the manager, in which the reply was "This is the manager". So, when my wife asked his name, he said "I don't have to give you that information". So we pulled up to the window, where an employee was waiting, only to state the same thing, that due to short staff, they were closed. When we asked her for the 800 number, we were told to get it from whatever website we placed the order. We explained we wouldn't leave until they gave us the number, then she slammed the window shut and tried coming outside to tell us to move. The cars behind us ended up backing out of the drive-thru, and then the manager came to the window with a poorly handwritten note with an 800 number. Then he said if we didn't move and unblock the drive-thru (for the non-existent customers behind us), he would call the police. Then my wife asked his name again. He said it was CHRIS. Well CHRIS, you couldn't manage your way out of a wet paper bag. If you want rude management that doesnt care about customer service, threatens paying customers that didn't receive their food with wrongful prosecution, and an all around moron, hire CHRIS. How hard would it be to put a pylon in the drive-thru and a sign up CHRIS? How hard is it to turn off online ordering CHRIS? CHRIS and the franchise owner will find themselves lucky if litigation doesn't result from transactions like this. And don't bother with your standard "We're sorry you had a bad experience, come back and give us a chance to provide the service you deserve" remark. It's pretty pathetic it's your standard response to poor service. We will never patronize this location again.

Staff look and act miserable. I bought a famous bowl today and it had no gravy on it and the chicken was kinda hard and chewy. And probably the only place left in ofallon using covid as an excuse not to open its dining room.

20 cars in line, all the way out to veterans memorial, lobby still closed.Do yourself a favor and go to chuck's hot chicken down the street. Better food, and you support local business.

completely rude, if the franchise owner would send in a spy to check the place out he'd have a BIG HELP WANTED sign

This KFC in ofallon, mo. messed up our order. Shorted us an 8 piece to 5. I called and explained the problem. They said they would do nothing and he hung up on me.I called back and asked for the manager. Explained the problem She said unless I bring the chicken back that they would do nothing. Said have a great day and hung up too.Some customer service there...We will not get kfc again.

Follow up on 2/13/22One pickle. I guess I'm the person who keeps giving you one last chance so im getting what I deserve. Nice quality control. You really just don't care, do you? No excuses about lack of employees. I can name you ten places within a 2 mile radius with phenomenal food and service. This is nothing but ownership and managers just not caring.

Had the 3 piece dark with mashed potatoes, Cole slaw, and Mac n cheese. Added a chicken sandwich. Everything was awesome and the line moved through fast. 100% great experience!

Lettuce and tomatoes not available , it may have improved the taste. Chicken sandwich wasn't good . French fries were terrible. Doesn't compare to Chick Filet.

Jan 30 2022. Ordered by drive thru. That was quick and easy. From what I can see the workers were all wearing a mask... and correctly!!Biggest complaint.. pot holes in parking g and drive thru. Those need to be fixed before they damage a vehicle
