I enjoy eating here. I’ve had several things, all good; my fave is Philly cheese steak.The service has always been great and the atmosphere is laid back and totally unpretentious.
From the minute we walked in the people were Ultra nice, we went on Friday fish night so we had a short wait but not bad. The took us to our table and the waitress was there in a minute. She took our drink order and we all ordered he Friday cat fish, We had been searching for a good spot and now we found it. The catfish was PERFECT the sides were very good as well, The waitress was attentive and the others back each other up, It was great to see EVERYONE work as a team and putting the customer first. I won't go back until Friday and will for a long time starting tomorrow.
I was very hesitant to post this review but, after three disappointments in the past few months, I felt that I must. This AD showing JJ's Daily Specials appears in a mailer each month; however, on each of the past three occasions that we tried to order the Tuesday Rib Dinner Special, JJ's has flatly refused to honor the pricing in the AD. The price difference is minor but they should not advertise a special if they do not intend to honor it...sorry JJ's.
This was our second visit. We brought two additional guests. They have a daily special which is nice. We ordered toasted ravioli for an appetizer. They were good, not overly cooked as I have had in other establishments. I had the special which was a double cheeseburger and a side. I really liked that they were fresh hamburger patties. The burger was huge! I had fries for my side. The other guest had a bacon cheeseburger and fries, French dip and Rueben sandwich, with fries for the side. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Our server was good, kinda quiet but efficient and our food came out fairly quick considering we had an appetizer and four entrees. The cost for appetizers, four entrees and three drinks was all under $70! I would definitely visit again.
A very casual place, with an old town family restaurant feel. I had the chicken sandwich and onion rings, which were AMAZING! My fiance had the surf and turf with fries and green beans, which he said were very good. Took a piece of chocolate cake home with us, which was tasty! Staff members were very attentive. One of the owners even came over to our table to greet us. This was our 1st visit. We will definitely be back.
This place is AMAZING!! Quick, reasonably priced, with DELICIOUS food! I had the baked cod, and my date had the shrimp platter. We shared the fried green beans. All dishes were perfect, couldn't have been better.That being said, the highlight of our visit was our server Madison. She was efficient, friendly, and helpful. She always had a big smile, she told us about her favorite dishes and how they were prepared, and our sodas were never empty!I definitely recommend this place to anyone, and I definitely recommend you ask for Madison!
Dined in and let me tell you! Burger and fries were amazing. But best of all was our server Madison. She was super kind and helpful. Wait on food was a minute but I understand as I am a server as well. They were busy. It was great.
This is my first time trying this place. My server was Madison. She was really amazing and gave excellent customer service. The food was very good. Loved every bit of my time there. Thank you for blessing me and my boyfriend a delicious meal and an amazing lady to take care of us!
Stopped in for a bite while out of down. I am so happy happy I did! I love fried pickles, and theirs did not disappoint. The reuben was fantastic as well. Had a very sweet and attentive server named Madison. All around, well worth a visit!
Used to come here with my teammates back in college and it was cool. Just came in while in town for Xmas and had a great experience. Our server Madison works so hard to get all her customers taken care of in a timely manner. I'll request her for as long as they are lucky to have her serving!
