Food is made rather quickly, workers are kind and do not seemed stressed. Only drawback which is a corperate problem is that the prices have risen a lot. A 16 inch BLT is roughly $17 after tax

terrible encounter yesterday when picking up an order. I was asked by the counter person why I called the store over a month ago to inquire about a question I had about my precious order. The person was rude and accusing. wondering why I would call with a question. this was over a month ago order. not my current order from yesterday. What kind of customer service is that . berating a customer over a previous phone call. I promise I won't be back. and have posted to my Facebook and other social media to DO NOT PATRONIZE this business.
50 min and still no food?!?!.. cancelled the order! No one really cared when I called to check on it.. isnt it 20 mins or less?!?!

Usually great service and products...but just ordered from here tonight and it was horribly slow, bread was warm because it just came out of the oven. Kid working made my ordered after another person who ordered after me!! Just a bad showing tonight!
This place is great only bad thing is they don't cut your sandwich when asked too ... But the staff is awesome and I love the gargantuan mmmm
