we called in at our local store .And for some reason the order taker was more concerned about the tip than our order .asked us about it 3 or 4 times during the call .that was the last straw .when they insisted on how we were going to tip cash or card. so we have made up our minds never to eat there again. they want a tip more than our order .and you already charge for delivery .its on the recite.
Freaky fast? More like freaky slow! I get that it takes a little time to make the order and get a driver to deliver the order but it should not take 45 minutes.
Gerjuan and Megan are the sweetest owners I know! They are very helpful, respectful, and have the best service! 10/10, definitely coming back!
Amazing customer service , staff was organized and the store was very clean.
Upon entering the store the music was turned Up Iso loud that when I tried to order in a normal tone of voice the boy behind the counter said he couldn’t hear me and laughed. I said maybe he should just turn the music down in a louder voice. I managed to get my sandwich and asked the little girl behind the counter if I could speak to the manager. She said she was the manager. I told her the music was way too loud and she laugh at me. If this is the way you treat customers I will not be back. A person could break an eardrum waiting to get their order. Let. This stand as a warning to anyone who values their hearing.
I just placed an order for delivery and it showed up in 7 minutes. This place is fantastic!

I'm an over the road truck driver and Jimmy John's is a very rare treat for me. It's one of my favorite sandwich shops, but I'm not often near one. I was making a delivery to a nearby store about half a mile away and asked them to bring it to my truck, as I am unable to leave it while I'm being unloaded. Unfortunately, they wanted me to meet them in front of the store rather than bringing it right to my truck, so no lunch for me that day. I typically tip delivery drivers with a 20, which wouldn't have been bad for half a mile drive. Another store I had called previously would have brought it right to me, but unfortunately I was out of their delivery area, and they recommended the Hwy K store. The young lady I spoke with on the phone was very nice, so at least they have that going for them.
Found a lovely piece of paper in my sandwich.
