Omg I waited in the Line 50 minutes an could not pull out because of the traffic to get to the window an they didn’t have my food right an didn’t offer complementary drinks fries or anything for the long wait! Sucks if your starving. They guy looked at me like nothing was wrong at least my food could have been hot an Fresh . The Nerve thumbs down folks on this joint
This is supposed to be an Extreme Sausage with no egg… 1 piece of burnt, old sausage, and 1 piece of cheese. Should be 2 normal sausage patties and 2 pieces of cheese.My husband also go one, but with egg, also only 1 piece of sausage, burnt and old. Not only is this food not edible, it is also missing food. Also waited over 20 mins in a drive thru line with only 2 cars. You’re going to give people food poisoning. This is absolutely disgusting.
Great food and when people are actually there service is usually impeccable! Hopefully they can hire more like the few they do have! Huge shout out to the 2 gents working last night. Didn't get rude, kept a positive attitude even with a big line at 930pm
Usually when it takes up to an hour I’d be pretty upset, no not this time. The young lady at the window and the black gentleman in the back need a raise!!! They were holding it down at this locationAlthough it took a little longer to get food , I completely understand. They are the only 2 employees that are dedicated to feed ofallon , and lake St. Louis residents.My hats off to you two working there todayNot only we’re they short staffed, the food took longer to get, but it was cooked and prepared to my satisfactionThank you to the 2 workers that were there trying your best today around 3:30-4pm**** give those two a raise ****
I ordered tacos on the app two days ago and paid with a credit card. I got to the store, which was locked. Was hungry, now getting faint. Any chance that someone will contact me?I got a response asking that I go to the Jack in the Box website and fill out a form. The link was broken. I found the form on the website and have filled it out three times now. I don't think they care very much.
I'm going to say that this young man Chris mgr I'm guessing. Is the most pleasant person . Being the only worker at this restaurant. At the time I have been there busy. Give that man a reward..Best service ever thanks Chris.

Please do us all a favor and close your doors so that someone better can come in and take over the spot you currently occupy. Everytime I try and give this place another chance they screw something up. The culprit this time is you were only able to take cash. I’ve heard that excuse several times before. Went there last night at 8, first they were only selling fried food for some reason. They never have the full menu going. But the food we did get was next level bad. Definitely go to Taco Bell down the street!
