If you're closed, turn off the lights, maybe put a sign on the door, turn off the drive thru lights... something. Instead of ignoring customers while you sit on the phone at the counter. This was prior to 7pm. Online hours indicate your journey till 9. People are understanding of the staff shortages right now, but at least communicate when you're open/ closed.
Edit 1month later I tried this location again. Open sign lit in their window. They said their system is down. Every time I go there is a different excuse because they don’t feel like serving anyone. I said do you all ever open? I legit want to know how they afford to stay open because they don’t serve anyone. Went across the street to DQ for fresh food and was in and out in five min. DQ is getting everyone who’s tried Jack n The Box business lol!Went today at 3pm and they were open. Sat there for 10 minutes before someone acknowledged me. They said “hello our wifi connection is low.” I said okay? Lol does that mean you can’t serve me? They always have a horrible excuse as to why they’re “closed”. This location is a joke and needs to be shut down.
We are here at noon for lunch the blond lady goes to her car to smoke weed when there is a line of cars waiting in drive thru and Noone is even taking our orders I'd rate it 0. If it was possible what a lazy crew.. sad...
I do not recommend them !! The customer service sucked . The food was like 2 days old and we waited in the drive through for 45 mins with no body els in line .I recommend Dairy Queen which is accross the street or wendy’s which both was quick to take our order and served great food .To the owner of the jack n the back on Bryan road I would recommend firing your management because they don’t represent you as the owner very well at all . this jack in the box always takes at least 10 min to take your order or is always “closed” for any number of reasons. it’s a total joke. the jack in the box right down the road from this one isn’t any better.
Very nice employees the girl at the window was very sweet and kind made this experience very nice since the other jack in the boxes were closed, and my sandwich and fries were fresh I work at McDonald’s so going to another fast food environment and them treating me good is amazing!
Do not visit this store on Bryan Road and if you do be sure you get your debit card back from the drive thru cashier. The cashier did not return my debit card while at drive thru. She argued with me that she had given it back to me. Threw her hands in the air saying she did not have my card. The cashier did not hand me the card. I got the same reaction from the manager. This is unacceptable and a huge inconvenience to me. Spoke to the manager today and she gave me a bogus phone number for the owner. I’m sure that this will not go anywhere but it’s worth the chance. I filled a police report as I feel my card was stolen.
Did the drive thru today for lunch and had a chance to talk to the manager. Very nice and professional lady. She really cares about her employees. She manages several stores and talked very highly about her people. I will drive out of my way to give that location my business.
The most unreliable Jack in the Box I’ve ever been to. Always closed outside of the posted hours. Always take 10 minutes for anyone to even take your order. I truly do not understand how this location is still in business.
Almost every time I come to this location no one answers. I usually sit at the order box for 5 minutes and no one ever answers. I’ve tried calling a few times to make sure they were open and no one answers.
