Went to Imos today and order a lunch special. The cashier Liz was super sweet and friendly. It was nice to see that. Food was excellent too. Great job.
Very clean, professional associate. Nice and friendly. Only waited 15 minutes. I ordered there sandwiches to go. Yummy ?
Manager is super accommodating , but wait times are pretty long for delivery.
Delicious! We got a bacon and sausage pizza and 8 wings. It was all really good but Imo's is my favorite place for wings. I get them plain and they are always perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The pizza was delicious and when I ordered he even looked up a coupon so we saved some money. You can dine in there. I definitely recommend this restaurant.
Normally we have been surprised with the generous amount of meat on the pizza. This time the meat and cheese were scarce. We had to completely serve ourselves and I was given a cup with a large hole in it. They do not really have dine in service.
I just had the best experience ever with a remake order. ADDY is who helped us tonight and let me just say I’ve never had someone be so caring and sweet! She made everything right + some! She deserves a raise for sure! keep up the good work imos!
I ordered pizza garlic bread and pasta. I got toasted ravioli and bread. When I called for them to fix my order they told me it would take 2 1/2 hours to get my order fixed because they were to busy. I guess when your busy you dont care about losing customers. Maybe when their not busy anymore, they might start worrying about customer service.
Ordered bone in wing recieved boneless. Not usually a big deal but a 50 min wait on an repair order of an 8 count of wings is ridiculous. Also, I'm guessing that Imo's has done away with their hygiene policy as 5 of their employees who were working with the food were not wearing head coverings. Enjoy human hair and dandruff in your food. Also, for food that i recieved not 5 mins prior and that took such a grand wait time its was luke warm, borderline refridgerated. This was a horrific experience and extremely poorly managed. Note to manager, spend less time being absolutely absorbed by the tickets and actually look around at your staff. You sir get 1 star
Our second time ordering from this location. Both times they have forgotten items. When we called to get this corrected I was told "Sorry we're too busy" and that we would need to wait another 45 mins for the items to be delivered. Last time giving this place a chance. We will drive further down K and use the other location.
