If it weren’t for the rude old lady that seats ppl, I would give it a much better rating. The long time manager, I believe she was recently promoted to general manager, is awesome! She’s very kind and respectful unlike the old lady. Put her in the back where she’s not offending customers with her rudeness. She lacks ppl skills and appears to be hesitant to help towards the Black customers, yeah I said it!
Brunch time Meal for our immediate family of 7 while gathering on an emergency basis here in the area due to loss of our 90 yr old Family Matriarch (DFW family).Incredibly gracious staff patiently took our orders, then brought it out to serve with every order fresh, hot and delicious.The Front Staff that handling seating (at a short "wait list" time) ..folks waiting inside front entry doors) also managed to secure a large enough table to accommodate us, including wheelchair-bound person then take food orders from our travel-weary, sleep-deprived group with zero error, hot and absolutely delicious!
Long wait, but it's IHOP. It's to be expected for a place like this. All staff was great & my waitress Lori was beyond wonderful! She anticipated needs, extra touch to make things special for my boys on their first time to breakfast with me alone as almost teens. It made it all the more memorable thank you Lori. I know it was busy & I pray I got your name correct. Have a great day! Thank you for making me my favorite meal, that's not on the menu, without hesitation from me just asking if it was still on the menu. I use to order only that dish when my Dad & I came in all those times. It meant alot. I miss breakfast with him daily. Now I'm starting a new tradition and taking them to the place he took them for their first birthdays for breakfast and you all made it so special singing to them then. IHOP you've had place in our memories for longer than you'll ever know. Thank you.
Just what we needed after a day on the road. Not my favorite but the kids love it here.

Throughout the pandemic, this restaurant continues to have effective management and staff all around. Reliable customer service, food quality, and service delivery. All servers and managers support one another and deliver a consistently and wonderful dining experience. Great job!
Originally from Oklahoma, I took a recent trip to Missouri. On my journey I stumbled upon this establishment… worst decision I’ve ever made, absolutely nothing was right. From the long waits, unprofessional staff, and cold food, I would’ve chosen to eat at red lobster with my severe allergy of sea food. I would have rather choked on the floor with no epiPen of a restaurant who cares than eat here again.
I'm not a fan of breakfast, anywhere, so this may be skewed. The hash browns were cooked well, but lacked in flavor. I think a little salt would go a long way. The omelette my wife got was awesome, she got the fajita omelette. I got the steak omelette and though it was flavored pretty well, it really should come with sour cream. The steak was a little tough in the omelette as well. All around not bad. The restaurant was very busy, and I can see why. The staff are very friendly and do a good job making sure you are taken care of. I will be coming back!
Horrible service!! Server only showed up to ask for out order and to bring the bill. Food was over cooked, we were barley check on if we needed anything. Waited 20 minutes for the bill.
Good food, great service, and clean dinning room. This was around and down the street from my pickup, no big trucks, only bobtails.
