AWFUL customer service. I’ve been coming here a long time. My husband passed away a year ago, so my bull isn’t very high. The owner is VERY grouchy, but this is unbelievable. . I popped into have a bowl of soup at 8:00 and was told my order wasn’t high enough for dine in. Seriously???? They don’t do much business, but are turning away anything?? She told me since it’s just a bowl of soup my business isn’t needed. Another customer was in there at the same time and said they would never be back. Guess there’s a reason why they never have any business. A grumpy owner and unwilling to have a customer paying under ten dollars for their meal. It was a snack while I waited for my tanning bed!!!!
Used to be real good but it is not anymore! Ordered same item that I always do and it was not prepared the same and when I contacted them they told me it's how they always prepared it. Not!! You just lost a customer!
Only one other table had guests. Not very friendly, curt.Cashew chicken bland and few cashews.Dinner specials included unwanted soup with no alternatives. Pork fried rice was not an option either. Expensive way to go if you didn’t eat soup! Pork fried rice has long skinny pale strips of flavorless pork.Very disappointed. Would not recommend.
The quality of food is awful, the price reflects they only care about their profit. This was the case before covid and getting worse after.
Upon arrival, greeted with rudeness. Should have left at that point, but we decided to give a chance due to circumstances of low staffingOrdered garlic chicken, it was very bland and chicken tasted like left over chicken reheated.Boyfriend order chicken lomein, it came out made with spaghetti noodles and same reheated chicken We will not be going back.
Hot tea, hot soup and hot noodles on a cold night really hit the spot. So good!
Not sure why this restaurant is showing as 1 star but the food is amazing. We order here almost every week and have never had a problem. If you're in the O'Fallon area then this is the best food you can get.
When we walked in we were greeted promptly. The lady that took our order was friendly and professional. Made sure we had condiments and napkins…the rice has no salt or MSG…and it taste great…the hot braised chicken was delicious…I’ll definitely be going back. Four stars because the sign outside needs to be repaired and it makes the place look a bit unappealing..the inside is clean and smells nice but they really should fix the sign.

Food was disgusting and made me feel sick, I couldn’t even eat most of my food so I threw away 95% of it and asked for a refund and they told me no, very rude establishment I wouldn’t recommend going here! They will not help you.
