Fritz's is like the Ted Drewes of O'Fallon. Always bustlin and the staff is super friendly. Can't go wrong with any of their pre-mixed creations!
This place used to be awesome but has gone downhill. We use to go to one location all the time so maybe it's just the one we're going to now but it's very depressing anymore. Too many other custard and yogurt places for me to visit. Not going here any longer, especially after the awful most recent sundae.

The ice cream was sooo creamy! Lots of unique flavors! Something for everyone. They even have dairy free options! Can't wait to go back and try more things on the menu.
A Local Staple. Always get a great concrete. They always hire teens and college age folk. Do wish they would pick up the pace sometimes though. the drive through can be a wait and a half sometimes.
Excellent Ice Cream and Custard, excellent and friendly service, but the owner needs to stop making the kids that work here wear masks. Anyone who still believes that masks do anything to slow the spread of a virus is delusional, and anyone requiring it knowing the data is just playing into the lunacy. High school kids are at zero risk of becoming seriously ill from COVID. Stop the madness. Take the pointless masks off. If masks are required for employees here much longer, I will no longer patronize this business, even though I thoroughly enjoy it.
I ordered a sundae with Spanish peanuts, i didnt know i had to tell them hot fudge as a topping on the sundae.
Tonight's service was great and the concretes and shakes were perfect as always. I've updated my review as the last time I had a concern with the drive thru, but it appears things have been improved. Thanks Fritz's!
Great ice cream but we had two hairs in our ice cream cone.
