Never coming back to this location ever again! Fool me once shame on you but fool me twice shame on me. These fast food franchises make a fortune off us customers only to hire nasty, rude, disrespectful workers. I noticed they were to quick to take my payment and careless with ensuring a simple fast food order was accurate and fresh. The problem is management, get a better manager to manage the restaurant instead of these young attitude having managers who simply just don’t care. I wasted over 45 minutes having my order re-made twice and $20.
Awesome customer service experiences every time I go there there's a young man by the name of Carson Lott that handles allMy ice cream binges he is always happy to see me and my company And I know he will end up doing something great with his life. But for now as long as they can keep Carson up there I think things will continue to be fantastic. Try the brownie Sunday it's my favorite
The food here is excellent. I enjoy the double bacon cheese burger. I recommend ordering the root beer float!! It's really really good!
Love the fry sauce, but wish the fries were slightly less thin because they get cold too easily. This location’s food doesn’t seem quite as good as the one on Mid Rivers Mall Dr.
I went on a busy Saturday night, the staff was friendly and working hard. The Young Man at the drive through was on point. It's like steak and shake done better, with cheese curds ;-)
Great meal and Fast and friendly service and as a retired service member of 32 years 3 months and 8 days I appreciate a veteran owned and started business especially from the Greatest Generation that saved America from Tierany.
Not a good as Freddie's usually is. It was a little dry, fries cold and the burgers were barely on the Bun. It's like they were flipping burgers like pan cakes and just flipping towards a Bun before packaging. Could have been much much better.
I just dont get the hype. Long wait, EXPENSIVE + food made wrong I really feel that I paid $40 for specially designed fatty shake straws and for Fred's spice ("he puts that ish on everything") excessively applied to all burgers fries and soggy cheese curds. Kids wouldn't eat the spicy fries and adults were disappointed as well. Plenty of competitors make fresh, your $ will be better spent down the street. I wouldn't eat here again if Fred bought it for me?
Come on now. Check the order before handing it out at the drivethrough. I was missing $10 worth of an order. Red head at the drivethrough was cute though so she gets 5 stars.
