The staff here are super friendly and the place was exceptionally clean and well kept. Our food was great and service was quick for freshly cooked food to order. Very pleased and will continue to come back often :)
Decent burguers and fries Their free peanuts are delicious as well. A little on the pricy side. Paid $37 for 2 burguers and 1 large side of fries and ONE soda. Only 2 ppl eating. Imagine a family with kids eating there. $100+? Music was way too loud as well
Food and service should be 5 stars but menu prices are pretty steep. $20+ per person for a burger and fries is crazy. again, burgers are good but not $12-$15 goodmaybe If they got rid of a "Guy" they could lower their price points....?♂️
Great atmosphere and friendly staff. I only gave 4 stars because I ordered my burger w/o lettuce due to dietary restrictions and they put it on there. No biggie. Great burger still.
Great burger and good fresh cut fries. Regular burger is double patty, which is part of reason for high cost. Lots of bacon on blt, but $30 for 2 of us will keep us from visiting too often.
Five guys is a favorite for our family and our last visit, this weekend was not our best. When it costs $85 for a family to eat burgers you have an expectation of great food. Our fries were under cooked and soggy and our burgers were over dressed which made our buns soggy as well. I will say that the employees we had contact with were great and the restaurant was clean and well kept. We will go back but will most likely ask for fries to be cooked longer as well as light condiments on the burgers.
It’s 5 guys, what can you say? Great burgers, great fries, but I can’t quite give 5 stars because man are they expensive. Over $10 for the standard burger. My wife and I spent $28 for two burgers and an order of fries.
This place never disappoints! Their food is so good. Shoutout to the cashier tonight who stopped in the middle of my order to assist a gentleman who needed help getting in the door. That was such a nice thing to do! Keep up the great work guys.
This was my first time at Five Guys and will most-likely be my last.They serve (?) very expensive burgers that are unseasoned (tasteless) and mediocre at best. And if you like cold, greasy fries you'll love this place.
This was the worst Five Guys burger I have ever had. They are not doing something right because my bun was completely soaked and mushy. I have had great experiences at every Five Guys I have been to, so this was a real shocker. If my group hasn't been crunched for time I would have definitely asked for them to remake it. Would not recommend this Five Guys. Drive the extra 15 minutes to St Charles. It is worth it.
