It is unfortunate that this location has been going down. The last straw was this past month. The staff was rude and argues with you about nothing, they seem miserable helping you. The sandwiches are sloppy and incorrect. The owner did not apologize just whined and whined, guess you can see why their staff is rude and inept. It takes time out of your day to write a review, however paying good money for rudeness and incompetence is not ever acceptable.
Firehouse in general is good, and this one in particular has always been great. They have had staffing problems like just about everyone else, so if you’re going to drive far you might wanna call and double check that they are open first.
Please remind your employees that soap, water, and deodorant are relatively cheap. I went in for a sandwich very recently and while normally I would opt for this place over subway, my appetite jets away when someone smells like they own a dirty underwear collection. I'm contemplating returning as I really don't want someone who can't wash their own body making my food. $30 worth of food I didn't even make half way through since employee walked past us and I started gagging.I understand this isn't a direct result of the business who would otherwise be 5 stars for me. But your employees operate and represent this place.Please and thank you.

My sandwich was great I had a Philly steak. My family enjoyed it here and my little one got a fire hat. Really glad they offer Mac and cheese here for my 2 year old.

I picked up two large brisket sandwiches with barbecue sauce on and mail and double meat. Did not seem to need the double meat got it home and it was really patch with the best brisket we had in a long time we have some in our fridge and are saving it for tomorrow .. Received plenty of meet and plenty of service. The staff was very busy yet they did not treat the customers bad at all. They were all very friendly employees. Looks like we will be visiting this place more often.
Young skinny kid with the glasses and right ear pierceing today was rude, poor service we had a Mobil order, we walked up to the door says open at 10:30 he opened the door said we open later despite us saying we had a mobile order and shut the door no more further information about how to cancel or how long of a wait time.
