Better than I thought.When I walked in, I was hesitant in my starting my order because I got a fast food feel, but the salad was good, extra dressing is free. And I ordered the 3 meat lasagna was hot, fresh and delicious.The bread sticks soft and warm.I would go back, very good.
The amount of sauce given on the spaghetti was barely enough to cover 1/3 of the noodles. We asked for more and was given a small amount but still had to add more when I got home. 10.00 for a plate of spaghetti and you can't even get enough sauce to cover the noodles. If resturaunts and going to charge these high prices then they are going to have to make the product appetizing. Fast food in general is headed down a very dark path.
Excellent help. I had my hands full with my 1.5 year old and the manager insisted on helping me carry the food to my car. It's good cheap Italian food on a budget with great staff. Except the nose wiper in the kitchen. I might not want to eat there if I see him there but I would defiantly hire their staff if I ever owned a business.
It took awhile to get waited on. The waitress was out having a smoke and taking out trash. She was the only waitress at the time. The cook came out to help us. She took our order and made sure we were served promptly. The food was very good. Only giving 4 stars because waitress saw us walk in and chose to ignore us. The trash could have waited a few minutes, or she could have at least acknowledged us saying she'd be right in. Very unprofessional.
Kiley was professional and very nice. She completed the order correctly and brought our food to us in a timely manner. Food was great!
My girlfriend and I go out of our way to visit this fazolis specifically. They're always so polite and super fast. 5 stars!!
Always will love Fazoli’s. It’s a fan favorite in our house. Love Fazoli’s rewards too. With how many time we go it’s always nice to get deals and rewards up to a free family meal. Can’t beat it.
had a doordash order to pickup but for some reason the manager wouldn't release it to me because their order system was double charging people and she wanted me to contact the customer/support to ask if they wanted me to cancel their order. Won't be back! They just wanted to slow me down and waste my time..
Food prices good but if you are six mins past 4 pm, no lunch specials for you..plastic utensils..atmosphere and service and metal utensils better at washington mo location
I normally LOVE Fazoli’s. However the past two times I’ve been here, I’ve ordered the baked spicy sausage ziti and the first time they gave me and my father chicken instead of the sausage. We thought “oh well. Just a one time fluke.” However I went back today and ordered the same meal and it was filled to the brim with pepper flakes/seeds. I’m not against spice and seasoning (in fact I’m a huge fan of spicy food—hence the order) but the meal was so hot and spicy I could barely eat it. My stomach was on fire after a few bites. I love this meal and I’ve had it many times and never has it been as messed up as it’s been the last few times I’ve been there. I understand times are rough. However, I felt this feedback is needed since it is making me question whether to get this meal again.
