Worked all day come home and felt like spoiling the family and ordered out. Unfortunately now i have to scramble to figure something else out thanks to domino's dropping my pizza and basically telling me there is nothing they can do other then store credit. This is what they delivered me i asked them to take it back. Clearly they believe the 5 second rule . Domino's location veterans memorial and hwy k. I tipped the driver as i felt this was a cooks error considering they knew what pizza specifically i was calling about and i gave no info yet. Would be 0 stars but i guess they get the participation trophy
If i could give less than one star i would. We ordered a pizza, the app said our driver had been in the neighborhood for 10 minutes before he arived to our house. When he got here and we openned our pizza, A PIECE WAS MISSING!!! The driver ate a piece then smashed the pieces together to make it look like it was all there. Tried to call back and they wouldnt answer my call. Never again dominos. So disgusting
Pasta came with no sauce pizza was burnt sandwich looked like it was sat on I called back they were very disrespectful on the phone and said that they were gonna replace the whole order. Then the guy that said that showed up with half of the order. Then he said they were gonna come back with it again and called me and decided that they weren't going to. Dont waste your money or your time with them.
I'm done with dominoes period! Ordered my wife a philly cheesesteak sandwich and ceasar salad which she said was good. I ordered a pizza which was terrible. Skimpy cheese and toppings just dough. I dont think there was any sauce on it. I always tip drivers good 8 or 9 dollars this time. I don't blame the delivery driver for food mistakes. I was a pizza delivery driver before. They offered me 50% off next order but I want my money back minus driver tip. No more dominoes for me. Dumpster pizza! Dont order their chicken wings they are oven baked terrible.
I placed an order around 11:20 and they canceled my delivery order without telling me (this is already a makeup order) and when I called around 11:50 they let it ring and ring until 12 when they close so I wouldn’t be able to speak to anyone! pure lazy ness! This isn’t the first time this store has disappointed me!
This location is always hot and fresh. The pizzas taste great and customer service is awesome!
We ordered on Christmas because our plans got cancelled at the last moment due to a flare up of my medical condition. We had nothing ready for dinner and was surprised to see our local Dominos have late hours. The order was made and delivered quickly and was done perfectly as always. Thanks you to the entire crew.
Ordered a pizza and it took over 1hr 45 minutes. When it was finally delivered it showed up cold not even a little warm. We will never order from here again.
Messed up the order forgot the sandwich try to call the store just get hung up on. Had to do their online thing and only have 30 days to use there fix. I am more mad that they won't answer the phone at the store. If you messed up the order you dont get to keep the money for your mess up.
They commit CREDIT CARD FRAUD! They have added extra money into the tip amount twice now!!! i contacted the Manager and she did not even care. I will never order pizza from this location again.
