This place keeps getting worse. All the pizza toppings, what little portions they provided, were bunched in the middle on both medium pizzas. Money spent on the salad was completely wasted because it's so small. The stuffed bread, ease of ordering, and being ready for pick-up when i got there were the only satisfactory parts of my $30 order.
We order pepperoni pizza from here every so often for the kids and tonight it came half inedible. There was a large circle in the middle that was oddly burnt and hard as a rock. You can’t talk to anyone in the store anymore so we didn’t even bother calling. When you call to place an order, you get a call center and they barely speak English.
If you're bored and want a good laugh, watch the pizza tracker next time you order from here. It takes about 8 minutes to make the pizza and then someone does a "quality check" on it for the next 30 minutes. Also known as sitting on a shelf while they wait on a delivery guy. Then the delivery guy will take no less than 37 minutes to drive to your house that is within 2 miles of the store. Always shows up cold but my kid only eats dominos so here we are. One more thing, it doesn't matter if you tell them to just leave it in front of the door or even put a sign up that says don't ring the doorbell. They will 100% always ring the doorbell. There is a young man named Andrew that wears a backwards hat working at the O’Fallon location by the YMCA that gave me the absolute best service of my life and he deserves a raise or a promotion or something! Pizza was amazing as well!
Worst pizza store. Our pizza was cold and the crust was like rock when we picked up at the window. We waved our hand for more than 10 min but no one came. 6 more cars were waiting behind our car. When we came home and called them to report our issue, the person on the phone argued that he doesn’t think that we waited for more than 10 min.
Well, the first time we went to pick up an order and they said it would be out in 2 minutes they stopped their clock saying it was on its way, but it was over 5 more minutes before our order came out. No offer of a free pizza since they turned off the clock inside 2 minutes. We decided to give them another try, and this time they were waking out the door as we pulled up! We hadn't had Domino's in several years, but we're very happy with the taste of each of our orders.

This Domino's is one of the best I have ever been to. The food was ready fast cooked perfectly. The staff was friendly and efficient. Great experience!
