This location was great up until a few months ago. I don't know if it's because of staff turnover and you have new staff in there, but the new staff should be retrained or I see this location going downhill quick, like every other fast food restaurant in north OFallon. Like handing me a scoop of ice cream and it's literally already half way melted. Or ordering a mushroom and swiss burger and they forget the mushrooms. Just like petty stuff I I wouldn't normally complain about but little things over and over again add up.
It was very average I didn't have anything other than the cheese curds that would make me ever come back although I must say I did not taste her ice cream which is what I understand it's one of their better items
Great Culver’s with very good drive through service and to top it off they have two Tesla vehicle chargers and one other electric vehicle charger. Three chargers in total. Hats off to this store owner and thank you!
Love the pork tenderloin. French fries better than other fast food places. Employees are always very friendly and happy to help. Tables constantly cleaned. I once left my phone on a table. Was very thankful an employee found it and held it for me to pick up.
We ordered Burgers fries and drinks. So DISAPPOINTED, the Burgers were so cold the cheese did not even melt at all. I Have never had a cold burger from any Culver's
24.00 for a 4 piece fish meal. Price is way too high. We won't be back
The meal takes a few minutes to be made, but as their motto is made to order, it's hot and fresh. This location also had friendly service which can be hard to find. This Culver's is definitely worth stopping at if you're craving good food.
The food was ok but they had crumbs on every single table which was gross because I don’t think they even clean them. I ordered a veggie burger and said I didn’t want pickles and I look at my burger and I see a ton of pickles. Please don’t go here. :(
The chicken stripped dinner was burnt and it tastes like a mouthful of grease. The salad was very good. My daughter chicken was this way too,she through hers away. I throw half away. We love Culver's but was disappointed with the chicken strips.
It blows my mind that teenagers want $15 an hour and can’t get an order right! I came inside and repeated my order for the girl behind the counter. She even read it back. And my large fries are missing. Not worth driving all the way back for them. Pay them actual minimum wage for minimal skills like it should be.
