Placed a delivery order. Email said delivery in about 45 minutes. Waited 2 hours. When we called to inquire about the order, all we got was “it should be on its way”. Wings were cold and pizza was not cooked all the way. Didn’t even offer to an apologize for the wait time. This is the second time our experience has been less than acceptable. We won’t be ordering from them again.

Pretty good, the pizza sauce is the only complaint I have... But I'd get it again

we ordered a pizza and the bird box fries. the pizza came out relatively fast, but we waited 45 minutes for our fries. we went up to ask about them, turns out they were just sitting under the warmer. when we opened the box, there was no cheese or bacon on our fries. we went back up to ask about it and nobody was there. stood there for a good 5 minutes and nobody came out to help us.

Two solid hours for delivery with no warning on our first time trying them was a bit rough. Wings were still quite good even though it was obvious they and the pizza sat in the restaurant for a while. Pizza (hand tossed mozz) was eh but again would be amazed if it wasn't cooked closer to when it was ordered rather than when it was delivered by an hour.Saving grace and the reason I may give them another shot next time Im after wings was both the staff on the phone when i called to check on the order and the driver were SUPER friendly and apologetic about it.

Was excited to try this place and shocked to find it empty. Floors dirty and sticky and this is dirt staff could easily see. Tables dirty some dusty drink station not stocked, it was sad as someone at some point cared about the place by its fun decorSitting there looking at that after I ordered made me automatically turned off by whatever the kitchen was going to send outFood was just okayLots of staff thereI have to say until the owners find their happy place here again skip this placeThank you for reaching out to me the emailAddress you asked that I emailThe management got bounced backTo me

Just found out the Cottleville location closed as quick as it opened. Not surorised as my last order took over 2 hours for 24 wings and a 1-top pizza. What a shame for what should be a great pizza place.

New to the area. Trying to find good places to eat here is difficult for someone from the east. I kept driving by Crooked Feathers and figured I would give them a try. My first experience with then, I must say I was impressed with the quality. I ordered a pizza and some wings. The pizza was just what i was looking for, thin crust and plentiful toppings. Not too much sauce and baked very well. The wings, I ordered with the sauce on the side just so I could see if they knew how to make them and because my niece doesn't like any sauce. The wings were great as well. They were crispy, a good size and as I ordered them, well done but not like wood. This is now my go to spot for wings. I don't have to drive to Florissant to get wings anymore, unless I just feel like taking a ride.I've had pickup and delivery orders from Crooked Feathers and the quality has been consistent. I have introduced others to this establishment and they are impressed as well. On another note, I received a thank you card from Crooked Feathers for my patronage of their establishment. That is truly something that will keep me coming back. Great job Crooked Feathers!

Food is great. Pizza was amazing and so was the salad and bread sticks. My 2 cents, move the pizza boxes off the tables and dust the pinball machines that have an inch of dust on them.

I won’t dare step foot in this establishment again. The lack of hospitality these days at most places are just shameful. A friend actually referred us. When my family and I walked into this place there was nobody else in there. There was a girl cleaning the windows and one behind the counter on her phone. We were not greeted whatsoever or even acknowledged for that matter. My husband and son kind of looked around for a menu and I knew at that moment this place wasn’t getting my business. I refused to order anything! When the food came out for my family they ordered pizza with mozzarella and instead the pizza was made with provel. He went up to the counter to tell the same girl who didn’t greet us that their order was incorrect and she gave him the “hold on finger” as if her phone call was more important. When they received their remade order, they boxed it up and we left! If you want to go to a place where you feel anything but welcomed this is the place!

We ordered some pizza and wings. We went in to pick up the order and the place was clean and the people were really nice. The Pizza was average to below average...Good amount of toppings but the IMO's like pizza has never been a favorite of mine. The Wings on the other hand were really good, big and flavorful, those I would order again. As well the Bosco Sticks were great as well.Overall its an average shop. a little pricey.
