Please for the love of god train your employees to not be so skimpy on the portions! All I want is to enjoy a meal but every time I order, I get a different sized portion. Tonight it was 2 tablespoons of rice, 6 slices of pepper/onion, and a half a bag of “large” chips. The meat portion wasn’t great either, but whatever. I want to keep going here but I’m going to have to stop if something doesn’t change.
My family and I go to Chipotle often. This establish was nice, with clean bathrooms. Girl serving was using very skimpy amounts in the burrito bowls. Meat was so skimpy, I had to order double meat ($3 extra, so my normal $8.50 chicken burrito bowls cost me $12!). We got approx 6 pieces of lettuce, and 2T roasted corn, 3T black beans. Don't think I'll go here again.
Added 4/19/22. Pick up and done in my times here. Wonderful staff. First in line for day and register wasn't working so they said to go ahead and sit and they would get payment after meal. So friendly and accommodating. Portions great and heard them offer a second burrito multiple times when first one was too big to close. Pick up is always ready and accurate... Which I can't say for a lot of fast food chains. They are king of the custom order and they make their customers feel like they are important.
Picked up an order last night since it's pickup only. Not sure why that is? Sign on the chair outside was so small I could barely read it. They were also out of chicken. I get food shortages but it's just annoying. That should have also been on the sign. Seemed like a good amount of employees that were just playing around not to be doing dine in as well. Employees were rude. If you want to keep losing business keep operating this way. Ordered extra corn on my bowl and recieved less than normal corn. Also forgot my tortillas on the side which I paid for, also forgot my drink which when I asked for it the employee seemed to have an attitude about it. Really close to losing my business.
The food is always good and the employees are nice however, as a senior citizen it's frustrating to go to the door and it says online orders only. (Please, I understand when you are short staffed, you do what you can do) I went back to my car and struggled to order online. I can't order my custom mixes of sauces online either. I know it comes as second nature for you young people to order online and many seniors too but it's a struggle for some of us and we really like your food. I'm not sure that there is an answer but it would be great if it was easier for some of us seniors to order.
The cashier was really nice. I am disabled so she carried my tray to the table and got my drink for me. The music volume wasn't blaring loud, so I could hear the employees ask me qusstions while creating my food.
Do not go to this location. Used to be good, but now is terrible. Not a typical chipotle experience. Ordered online and came to pickup, food wasn’t ready so asked the guy at the front. He said ok let me check, then went to computer and printed off a receipt, crumpled it up and then walked to the back of the store and played on his phone. Waited a few minutes and someone else asked for the name/order and they said it wasn’t in the system and I could go wait in line. Employees looked like they were more concerned with their phones than working. Never going back.
I used to love this place. I come at least once a week, and for the past few months they always mess at least one thing up. I went a couple days ago and had to wait 45+ mins for my food, and only got it after i had asked twice. They usually never get the right ingredients in my food, and I just wish this location is the same as it was a year ago. I still try and give it a chance every week almost but honestly just getting tired of even trying.
Ordered online and bowls were not what we ordered. Also they did not include the guacamole which I paid extra for.
I’m very disappointed in this location. Chipotle is my favorite and it’s one of the first gift cards I get when receiving any gifts because I’m such a huge fan. However, this location in particular has a tendency to be sloppy lately. I’ve ordered to pick up from this location 3-5 times within the past 3-5 months. Almost every time I pick up my order, it’s incorrect. I live about 15 min away from this location and sometimes I check my order before I leave and sometimes I don’t (because honestly, it shouldn’t be my job to make sure the orders are being put in the right bag). With that being said, my orders have been incorrect a total of 3 times within the past 3-5 months. Every time I call to let them know, the workers seem very frustrated or the phone rings forever and no one picks up. If I get an answer, they ask me to drive back out and get a correct order of my food. This results in about an hour of getting the correct food for an order I placed over an hour ago. I understand right now is a hard time. But someone from higher up needs to get in there and figure out how to support this location. I know way too many people who are expressing their irritation with this location and it makes me sad for them.
