EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED .. their food is always on point but my wife went in and ordered a chicken biscuit with cheese by the time she got it the chicken was cold.. she talked to the manager and she got it remade quickly but when the manager came out of the kitchen she said that the kitchen said it was fine so there shouldn't have been a problem. We asked to see if there was a way to melt the cheese a little moreand the manager cane back with "we don't have microwaves here so no we can't" then when the new food came out she just tossed it onto the counter and said "hope this is better for you" no eye contact or anything.... we won't be back here again so sad ? that they were so condescending
I like the food. Only issue was that I was waiting for my food for awhile and no one told me my to go order was on a shelf rack thing waiting for someone to pick it up. I had never ordered from chick fil a to go I always eat there so I didn't really know how to place did to go orders. Finally after a while waiting someone asked me who I was waiting for and I told them the name on the order and they said oh yeah here it is there you go have a nice day. After waiting a long time by the time I go to eat it's all Stone Cold.
All chic-fil-a’s are really good but this store is absolutely beyond amazing! We stop here about 3x a year visiting family and the store never disappoints- extremely helpful, beyond courteous and super FAST! The amount of cars and dine in customers they serve during a normal lunch rush is unbelievable. Well done and thank you for being a favorite stop on our trip!
I don’t know how they do it, but they will have a line out of the parking lot and get those people through the drive thru in no time. Their staff are always clean cut, shirts tucked in, polite, knowledgeable, etc. On the very rare occasion something is inaccurate they address it promptly and the fact that they are so good it doesn’t even bother me. Wish every place can be amazing as them! Thank you!
Perfect service. Had to wait but the person on the speaker said sorry and didn’t have to wait too long. They got our order out fast and we were on our way.
Can not say enough about their employees and dedication to serve you efficiently & all with a smile and being courteous!! I had a mishap on a order recently, called to let them know (it happened to be a biggerr order item) and Mike was amazing. I see why my vehicle turns into their lot many times a week!!Thank You !! ??
Always a quick drive thru,, always fresh, always friendly. Chick fila magic!!? Rarely do they mess up an order. Been here probably 50 times since they opened. Figure time for a review. Thanks.

Best fast food restaurant out there. Service is fast, friendly, and accurate. Food is always hot and fresh. Never a mistake. Other restaurants would learn a lot from studying what they do.
Typically I don’t encounter a problem but I came through drive through and ordered 2 spicy chicken meals and freshly dropped fries. The fries were flimsy and the chicken breast on my sandwich was puny and didn’t appear to be fresh. Called and spoke with store manager Bridget to report my dissatisfaction, she was rude and made a few subliminal remarks. She would only agree to replace the fries and one sandwich. Would have liked it if both meals were offered to be replaced. CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE DRIVING OFF NO MATTER HOW FAST THEY’RE TRYING TO GO. Wish I would’ve went somewhere else.
