I went to place my order at Burger King in the drive through window today. I was told to wait. The senior ladya camem back about three minutes later. I told her I wanted french toast, and she cut me off and yelled, "You can't." This woman is very rude! She has said something rude to me everytime I go through the drive through. Burger King must not care about customer service or can't get anyone to replace her. This lady needs to be fired! I moved to O'Fallon three years ago and she has been rude almost every visit. I reported her today to the corporate office. Also, Sonic sells french toast sticks all day long. I will no longer patronize this Burger King because of this rude drive through lady.
Every time I come to this location it is the same lady taking orders and she is just so rude! You ask a question and she immediately gives attitude. I’ve worked in customer service for 5 years now, this is not how you speak to paying customers. Then when you go to the window she throws a fit and refuses to help you. She gave me a drink with no ice and I told her she didn’t give me ice in my drink and she turned around and said “I’m not helping you”, mind you this is the third time I’ve been here and she’s told me she’s not helping me. You’d think for the women their age that work there, they’d at least act their age!! I teach second graders that are nicer than these ladies! If you’re going to a Burger King, spare yourself and find a better location.
Stopped by on Easter Sunday to get My family breakfast Only to watch their front line worker open and touch every single sandwich I had ordered with her bare hands no gloves!!! When I said something I'm told that they were making it wrong so I had to check. Why can't you wear gloves then I ask to be told I don't have to on the front line they didn't even give me my receipt guess cause I said I was calling corporate so went Inside to get it while calling corporate only to have a man come out interrupt my call to say "I'm the district manager your calling on. Didn't seem to care that she wasn't wearing gloves I'm now never going back to burger King ever again didn't even offer a refund or care about a bad review wish could give 0 stars
The food is usually pretty good. However, we had one really bad experience with the drive through lady in the morning. She didn't hear us say we had a coupon and then when we gave it to her she got mad and was very rude. Slamming the drive through window treated us rudely, for her mistake. Terrible service on her part. We won't be eating breakfast here again.
They make it the way you want just like there saying. Always fast. Friendly well most times. There is one old lady. I much prefer not to be there. I was short some cash. Had ran on card with was locked in. Getting her to take a few things off well she made sure to imbarres me to the bone. Instead of understand. And helping out. That I had a few kids I was feeding. I didn't go back for a while. But I had returned. I am hoping this is the right one. We have 2 real close. This one is off k. Close to 370...Other then that. No problem
This place has pretty good service and food with one very big exception. Their problem is they just refuse to get the small things done right. If you ask for ketchup with your order you might get it about 40% of the time. Today I asked for ketchup with my order. I didn't see them putting it in my bag so I asked the lady if there is ketchup in my bag. She said, "yes". There wasn't ketchup in the bag. So not only didn't they give me the requested item but this employee chose to lie to be about while looking at me through the pickup window. This is the type of thing that causes me to not come back to a place.
Great except for gross OLD fries.For $11 for a meal, fresh hot not overly salted fries should be normal.

Thank you Burger King for the Croissantwich. Double thanks for only charging $2 for them.The "Ghost Pepper" nugget were tasty, but I wasn't reaching for my drink after eating them. I think ghost pepper is the name of the nugget and not actually an included ingredient.
They were very busy, but took care of me quickly!
